Hey guys, im still relatively new to Peing (only started for 3 weeks or so).
My current routines looks like this
5 min warm up
2 x 30 sec stretches in all 5 directions
200 wet jelqs
5 min warm down
I think its a pretty solid routine for a beginner, but is it too much?
I give myself like 24 hours after PEing before jacking off. But when im masturbating, my penis is unable to reach 100% erection; its almost as if its tired or something. Is this a good sign that PE is working or is it a sign of overtraining?

In my opinion, it's a sign of overtraining. Your routine doesn't seem too intense but that isn't the whole truth, the intensity depends more on Your technique than numbers.
Judging by that 24 hour rest between PE and masturbation, I take it You're PE'ing every other day or m-w-f? If that's the case, then Your routine isn't too intense (again, when looking at numbers).
I had erection problems once after stretching too intensively, and it took 2-3 weeks to recover fully. That might be the case here too: too intense stretches and/or too tight grip when jelqing.
Try taking it easier for a while and see what happens. I'd suggest taking at least a full week off PE'ing but if You don't want to do that, then at least take it easier for a while.
And don't worry, it isn't anything permanent, the tissue is simply tired as You said Yourself. Good luck, Sir! :cheeky:

hmm okay maybe. Well, actually i do sometimes stretch on my off days, buts its just 2 x30 secs. Maybe that could be it, anyways ill cut out that extra stretching. I never knew that stretching could be that damaging, thanks again.

It's important to let it rest during off-days. So yes, I believe the problem is that excess stretching. Less is more. :wink:
