i was wondering what pills you successful pe'ers can recomend for recovery and general penile health. ive heard a lot of differnet types, but what doses and mixtures have worked best for you? can most of these things be accuired at a local vitamin shop? also, are things things associated with pe and the like, or are they general body supplements? (can i leave them where other people might see them if im concerned about privacy?) thanks very much guys

when i had problems with erection i took VRX2 pills. they did best for me. it's Viagra alternative but they work better. i took 2 capsules per a day, it was enough. :wink:

I've heard extacy is pretty good for erection strengthening. just kidding.

do a google search there are sites that rate all the pills on the market
also try chinese medicines because most of the pills on the market contain many chinese medicines in them i hoped this helps

Amino acids like L-arginine and L-ornithine helps for recovery (healing after PE sessions), it also increases the amount of semen produced for ejaculation (you'll shoot bigger loads) because semen is basically made up of about 70% L-arginine.
