for those of you who have gained substantially from pe, how much of your gains did you lose when you quit the excercises, and did you follow any sort of cool down program?

I haven't lost anything (if I have, it's insignificant).

Last time I measured (not long ago) it was dead on 7.3" NBP length and 6.3" girth.

great stats zw, thatd be a good goal for me, as im at about 6 L and 5 2/5 girth now. its amazing how only 2 inches can be such a difference, 6 thought of as average and 8 as huge.

I know Steve. When I started I was just under 6.3"x5.9". This extra inch changed my life.

Go for it and don't stop till you reach your goal. Good luck buddy.

Took a while off and lost a little bit of length but it came back quickly. I think I have lost some girth though honestly and that isn't popping right back. I still have the same 100% turned on girth, but for the average chubby I am thinner down there.

Very odd stuff.

sounds like somebody isn't pumping enough blood into their erections. mayhaps you should be kegelling more?

6.3 girth is amazing.

It's OK, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones to start with 5.9".

You certainly are. The average girth is just under 5".

SO if you PE and take a massive break like 3-4 months from PE make sure to kegel so you don't lose any gains right?

Yeah actually that ended up being the majority of it. I started a kegel workout from another source, and it kicked me right back into high gear. I am kind of concerned about the lifelong effects this brings into view though.

I took about 4 months off after going from 5.9 length to 6.8 or so and i was at 6.6 or so when I started back up.

Well basically the fact that even at the age of 22, if I slack off on doing kegels for an extended period of time I may be having problems getting as full of an erection as I want.

That doesn't bode well for me as I get older and my sex drive slows down.

When you stop did you stop completely including no kegels etc?

I did kegels every now and then and like 2 workouts in that time.

Oh I see but no dry jelqs or strech at all right? Anyway now that your back to PE did your 0.2 inch lost come back?

I think it's to do with the fatc that after a while you get used to having rock hard erections. As I understand it, guys that don't kegel generally only get 90% of what you can get with kegels.

I would bet it did quickly too. Seems you gain back what you lose rather quickly.
