Hello,
My name is Bug. I am 5' 2'' and I enjoy long walks on the beach. This is my diary, come back from time to time and maybe I will update it. Ok...I will talk to you later. Bye Byes! :P

As of April 2nd I have increased the intensity of my routine
5 min warm up
250 Wet Jelqs (An increase of 50)
100 Dry Jelqs
5 sets of 30 second holds.

When you feel ready. If you're gaining with your current routine then dont bother but if you're not and you dont feel like you're getting a good workout when jelqing then chuck a few more in there.

What's your current routine? I think it';d be best to put it in the new diary because thanks to the hackers on the old forum Matt may make it innaccessable at one point.

5 Minute Warm Up.
Stretches in all directions; forward, left, right, down, up. (twice, for 30 seconds each stretch).
200 Wet Jelqs.
100 Dry Jelqs.
5 30 second Holds.
Warm Down (Ocassionally).

Yes and No. I was on a break for a good while and I have tried doing longer routines and have not gained. Therefore, I am doing this routine, and because ZWmusic suggested it.

Bug, have you ever done a routine consisting only of warm up/down+kegels, stretches and lots of wet jelqs (ie at least 300)?

3 rd routine) 5 min warm up in a warm cup.
Yes to all, except for the kegels, sir. Ive been doing those now. 100 quick ones. 2 second holds for up to 50 seconds. 5, 5 second holds, and one long 50 second hold everytime I brush my teatch. All thanks to you.
That was what I was doing when I did more jelqs.
5 min stretching.
10 mins of dry Jelq.
20 mins of wet jelqs.
Or
5 min warm up.
5 mins of stretching.
30 mins of wet jelqs

I never did, up to the paint were I began doing my current routine. I continued doing it and after one extra session I stopped getting them. So, I kept going.

I think it is a good sign to get mild red spots. It's like getting sore after a muscle work out. Something has broken down and needs to be repaired. The penis doesn't grow from PE because it gets inflated. I believe it grows from breaking down and being rebuilt in a way that allows it to adapt to a new environment. Well if it doesn't happen like that then the gains couldn't ever be permanent.So red spots are a good sign that you are doing something right.

I edited my last post in order to clarify what I was trying to say.
I don't know where to go from here. I want girth more than length now. I can do with 5.5 inches in length, but my girth is not up to par.
What I have noticed, however, is an improvement in the quality of my erections. My penis now swells up with more blood, due to kegels. At least if I quit now I can leave with the benefits of kegeling.
Well just for the hell of it I Did 200 dry jelqs today, April 27, 2005.

dry jelqs aren't all that great. Uli's are Kelqs are good for girth. Also regular wet jelqs with 90%+ erection.

I started 6 weeks ago at 6.5, now I am almost at 7. Girth has increased every so sightly.
During these 7 weeks though I have done a total of 17 sessions, so 2.5 on average.
First week I did 5 on
2nd + 3rd I did 3 on (MWF)
4th I did one - W
5th I didn't do any
6th I did 3 - MWF
7th I did 2 - MW

As of May 9th I am taking an official break from PE.
I shall PE once a week, just in case I actually did gain something; that way I don't lose any "gains."
What should my "maintenance" routine be?

Aftrnoon 3 min Dry jelq

Just do a maintainance routine then when you feel like it, take up PE again, it may not be for a while but there's no point PEing half heartedly and if you continue when you actually want to, you will be more motivated.

I'm sorry to hear You're giving up, Sir! Don't loose all Your hope, because after a longer break You just might gain... in case You've been overtraining. Don't give up completely, PE is definately worth a re-try later. I hope You won't disappear from CC for good! I haven't PE'd for over an year now but I still hang around here. You do the same. :wink:

Well Bug. A good break may be what you need. I gave up aftter seeing hardly a thing and came back to it a long while after and Boom. I gained nicely. Just dont dismiss PE all together and give it another shot some day.
