I used to pe a while back but stopped b/c I saw no results and I got annoyed with seeing nothing. So Im back now and more determined than ever. Ive been reading around a lot and looking at different points of views and exercises and I feel that Im comfortable with mine now. Im actually going to be using Fullsize's exercises. Its simple, not hard, and seems like fun.

Warm up
Heli shake
30sec stretches
Heli shake
100 dry jelqs
Heli shakes
100 wet jelqs
3 15 sec holds
heli shake
warm down
Kegal throughout the day

Rountine days, One day on one day off.
Wish me luck B/c I need it.

Current stats
Erect Im a 6'' in length
Erect Im a 5'' in Girth

Shooting for a 7 1/2 length and 6 or higher in girth

The important thing is to

1. start light no matter what sort of PE experience you ahve
and
2. focus on technique rather than trying a whole lot of exercises. Jelqs are the staple of PE but they need to be done correctly for gains to come.

Lol i should change the name to just 240 hope chart....god i suck!!!! Does my exercise sound good...i was thinking about going up to 200 wet jelq's for a mount what do you think???
