Hey
I've lurked these forums for a long time, and finally decided to give it a try. I have a unique condition known as Kallman's syndrome. Pretty much, I can't hit puberty naturally(look it up on wikipedia if you want more info). I'm on a testosterone gel that allows me to look older, get more muscle mass, get hairier, all the secondary developments. However, it doesn't develop the testes or penis at all. As a result, I have a small penis(unfortunately, only about 4 and 3/4 inches - 5 inches). Do you think jelqing would help my cause? I know its ultimately about how wield your tool as opposed to the size, but it would be nice to have some size too.
By the way, are there any workouts I could perhaps do in the shower? It live with a bunch of other guys, and it woul be kind of sketchy to disappear in the bathroom for a 1/2 hour every other day.
Thanks!

Yes I do think it would help you if you stick to a steady routine.
Do you room with other guys too? My freshman year of college I would wake up around 6am to get my PE workout done in the bathroom before the other guys woke up, helped I had morning classes though. If there is a will there is a way and you can find a nock or cranny to fit it in.
My suggested routine for you would be
30sec - 1 minute stretches in the 5 major directions (up, down, each side, and straight out) three times a piece
200 dry jelqs and I suggest dry because you won't have to clean up and can hide it easier if someone barges in on you.
This is one case where I would say warm up is optional if you can do it. If not just take it easy and ramp up the intensity as you get warm. Same with warm down.
Every two weeks increase the stretches by one extra set and add on 100 dry jelqs.
Also remember to do your kegals as they are one of the most important aspects of PE and you won't see any gains if you can not fill the whole thing up with blood.
Ask questions if you don't understand what I said and for the exercises they can be found in the stickies at the top of the forum, that is if you don't know how to do them already.

I dont think it's wise to skip warm up. Even if it's only 5 mins (while you wash). Your tissues will be far less receptive to the exercises if you try and do them 'cold'.

First Welcome to CC!
Second yes I think PE will work for you if you keep at it but remember to take in in stride and dont over do it. Do a MWF routine to start and take off weekends. Let the old dong get used to your workouts before you try anything crazy.
Good luck!

Some people in college actually have to share rooms, meaning there are two beds in one room. That was my issues the first two years of college.
