I know That diet has a lot to do with your Body's chemistry and I'm curious about it's possible effects while PEing.
This is my diet normally
A lot of Ramen Noodles (I eat cheap cuz I am cheap, its hard out there to get food lol)
I sometimes have a large steak (I'ma a carivore for the most part)
Don't eat Veggies or Fruit (rarely some Corn or an apple)
I drink Coffee and love Soda
I smoke a lot
I LOVE CHICKEN, addicted to it!
Peperonni Pizza (w/ lots of Crushed red pepper)
I like salt, on my steak and other types of meat I put Garlic on it.
I take a Vitamin Pill every day.
I often drink Sobe brand energy drinks.
I'm also curious about the effects of Ginseng on PEing.

IMO you definitely need to change your diet. Cut the energy drinks, soda and drink water. You can have a cup of coffee a day, thats what I recommend. But if you really want to get things rolling you can subsitute the coffee with 2-3 cups of green tea a day. You will definitely feel better. :mrgreen And oh yeah, cut the smoking.

ah, I figured my diet wasn't good lol. I am quite a picky eater but I can try to change these habits. I am curious however about reasons for these restrictions.
Its seems as if caffine is not a good route to take, is that the reasons for no soda and minimal coffee?
Are caffine free sodas ok (I love Faygo and faygo has no caffine for the majority of their drinks).
And also what foods make for good progress?
Also what does smoking have to do with PE, just curious?
(I also take prescription Zanax (sp), would this affect my progress?)
Any suggestions are appreciated :D

Smoking restricts oxygen supply to the blood and brain which then restricts muscle increase/expansion, thus giving you a pointless workout. Its like depriving your stomach from food. Why don't you set a new years resolution, its not to late, and kick your bad habits. Smoking is bad, no matter what way you look at it. Certain caffeine is good. Tea contains caffeine and so does coffee. Coffee is good for you, but I only recommend 1 cup of it a day and tea is really good for you. All soda is bad for you, the sugar is just way to much. Even if you buy diet soda, it is ten times worst because it containes phenlyalinine which causes cancers. I never drink diet. Only ginger ale when I feel nauseas. Water is your best friend. I recommend going to a kirkland store and buy a 200 packet green tea for like $10, should last you a few months. Secondly you can do many things to change your diet, you should start a regimen on things you can eat throughout the week and stick to it. I currently am on a bodybuilding diet. If you want to make gains in PE you need to stick to your routine and try to make a valued effort towards your health.

Can you list what you will eat and drink in a particular week, at what times and so forth?

sure but theres no real regularity to it.
Most days I have 2-3 bowls of Ramen Noodles
Some days I have 2 grilled cheese sandwiches w/ crushed red pepper
I normally have about 4 peices of bread a day at random time
I've been drinking water and coffee for the most part.
Mostly one pepsi per day
once a week I have a good 12 oz steak w/ lots of Garlic
I have a little chicken every day most the time (like 10 nuggets or 5 strips, depends what I buy)
This is it for the most part. Sometimes I'll snack on Doritos.
Sorry I can't be more specific, I dont eat on a schedule, its normally if I feel like it.

Have you thought about switching to decaf' coffee / tea?? Ditch the pepsi, it will rot your insides. Do you prepare the chicken yourself or is it from a fast food outlet?

Ramon Noodles are horrible because their sodium levels, any packaged soups are bad. High blood pressure is just asking to be part of your daily life. Just look at the Nutrition Facts if in question. You would have to drink a lot of water to regulate your sodium levels. If you eat chicken at fast food joints go to wendys as they have the least amount of processed meat in their chicken, its still bad. This is what I eat, again, this is a bodybuilding diet:
Egg Whites, 2 slices wheat bread topped with Cottage/Pineapple cheese and sprinkled with almonds -- this is so so good -- Morning
Other days non packet Oatmeal with a banana and glass of OJ -- Morning
Tuna Fish sandwich, -- Afternoon
Yogurt, Apple, or any other healthy snack -- MidAfternoon
Many choices,
Example
Boned Chicken Breast boiled in water, Sweet Potato, and a side of Vegies -- Dinner
Myoplex Meal Replacement, adequate Chromium and other Nutrients -- Post Workout and PE Exercises
Anything I feel like that is worth putting into my body -- Late Evening
I'm not telling you to eat what I eat, but just be aware of the things that you put into your body. And please stop smoking.

That's a pretty terrible diet, although not that much worse than the average person I imagine. The only way I've found to eat a good diet is to find healthy stuff that you enjoy eating, if you don't enjoy eating it then you'll just end up going back to your old eating habits.
There are a few simple things you can do in the short-term to improve your diet. Increase your water intake and drink less coffee\pepsi. If you find you can't live without them you could try tea and fruit juice as slightly healthier replacements. Try to introduce some fruit and veg into your diet, next time you go shopping see what they have and try to get at least one thing. Don't go buying anything mad that you're clearly not going bother eating, get something simple that you know you like or are curious to try. You could try switching to wholemeal bread, although some people just don't have a taste for it so if you don't, that's ok.
Your love of chicken could be a good thing, as skinless, boneless chicken breasts are one of the healthiest forms of protein available (they're pretty cheap too). You could try getting a pack of them and having one of them instead of your usual processed chicken. It requires you cooking though, but you have to be willing to sacrifice a bit of convenience if you want to eat better.
I don't think diet has any massive effect on gains from PE to be perfectly honest (although having a significant fat pad could rob you of some of your penis length). Still, eating a bad diet isn't going to do you any favours in the long-run and you'd be better off trying to sort it out now before you suffer any ill-effects. Even if you only take tiny steps like only drinking a pepsi once every two days rather than every day, or eating an apple every day, it's still progress.
