Morning, haven't talked to you in a while!

Here's MY PLAN,

I am going to start fresh with a routine similiar to YOUR routine i will follow it until i reach a maximum of 500 jelqs...

i want to see what kind of size i can gain from such a straight forward routine.

so here's a few questions,

1) should i take a break before i start it?

2) will those be the ONLY stretches nessasary?

3) it's obvious i should incorporate kegels, so any reccomendations?

here this is MY plan...

Routine,

HOT SHOWER, warm up, 5 mins
KEGALS, approx. 100 - holding each for 1-2 seconds
STRETCHES, each direction, 30 seconds
WET JELQ, start with 150, 3 seconds each. @ 60-75% erection
KEGALS, approx. 100 - holding each for 1-2 seconds

Note: Increase will be every week until i reach a total of 500 jelqs.

Any suggestions?

Suggestion: After 2nd/3rd week: Do MWF with that routine and add jelqs to off days but make it extremely light jelqs x 50. Off-days: Do in the shower with conditioner so it's not a hassle to wash it off. Also add JAI stretches on off-days.
