Realistic length gains are around 3 inches

How many inches in girth gained do you guys think are possible

3 inches? no way, we wish life were that kind, most can gain about 1.5 inches in years of consistent Pe. To gain 3 inches you'd have to be very lucky and it would take around half a decade.

I reckon over the same period of time you could gain about an inch in girth.

is there theoretically a limit to how big it could get? i mean, say if you did workouts like we do for the next 20 years? (im 24)

I think that Python is right. I think that you can look at gaining about 1 to 1.5 inch's. BUT! I also think that is an average! Everyone is different and no one knows for sure how much you might gain. We have guys right here on this site that have gained more than that! And yes if you keep at it for 10 or 20 years you could gain more. As I have said in many of my posts I am a hard gainer, and you might be a fast gainer. Who knows? All I can suggest is to not stop and keep at it, it cant hurt you and when you get old (and most guys cant get it up) you will still be able to make the women (wife) happy!:D

Sadly I "think" there is a theoretical limit to gains, but cant be sure, I don't see why there should be, looking at the science of PE.

I dont think that anyone can be sure of the limits in PE. As I said everyone is different so (as all the warning labels say) "Results may vary"!:lol:
Seriously, even if you dont gain more than an "average joe" (1 and 1/2 inchs as you say) thats ok, because the PE workouts will do wonders for your staying powers and let you be sexually active longer than most.

Average limit? Very few people have gained 3 inches.

Someone reads MY diary? WOW! (Just kidding) :lol: The last time I measured I was 7 inchs by 6 inchs (look to the left under the size area). As of late I have been working more on girth trying to see if a 7 by 7 is possible! As I remember when I started I was about 5 and 1/2 or 5 and 3/4 inchs in length and I dont remember my girth because back then I was only intrested in getting more length. Also as I remember I started back in 1999 or 2000. I dont have my personal diary with me right now but this is what I remember off the top of my head. And yes before anyone asks I am still (off and on) using leech oil! (I think that is my most popular thread). I guess I need to find some time to update my diary dont I?

In my opinion, there isn't a real hypothetical 'maximum' gain you can get from PE if you're looking at just length or girth.

The reason is that people look at it too simply. Every so often it pops up, but it's true- volume is the true measurement of penis size, not length and girth. Let me give you an example of two guys who both put on an inch in length and girth-

The first man has a size of 5x5", which is 9.95cubic inches (volume). After he puts on an inch in both length and girth, his new size is 6x6", or 17.19cubic inches.

The second man has a size of 7x5.5m which is 16.85cubic inches. After he puts on an inch in both length and girth, his new size is 8x6.5", or 26.90.

So the first man put on 7.24cubic inches of dick, while the second man put on 10.05cubic inches of dick. If you look only at length and girth, they gained the same...but really the second man gain more 'dick.'

It's my opinion that there is probably a maximum to how much a person could gain, but it would completely dependent on the individual and not something anyone could calculate. The determining factor is, in my opinion, how much blood your body can supply to your penis to maintain the erection. If there's not enough blood getting to the penis, then it will not expand as much (mostly in terms in girth, I'd guess).

Also consider how much time it takes to make those gains anyway- if you start off with 5" in girth and get up to 6.5", that probably took you well more than a year. Are you really interested in doing this for another 10 months just so you can get .5" more when you're already a big guy?

For any newbies reading, the situation with volume also explains why most will say length is easier to gain than girth- length doesn't add as much dick as girth does. Just a quick example.

A man is 6x5 (11.94cubic inches). If he gained one inch in length, his new size is 13.93cubic inches. If he gained an inch in girth instead, it would be 17.19. Girth is slower to increase if you just look at raw numbers, but when you consider how much it's adding to your size, it probably grows at an equal clip as length does, if not a bit faster.

That's why I estimated a limit of 3" inches. That's the very reason - "few people have gained 3 inches".

Since I started (July '06) i have gained 21mm in girth, which is just shy of 1". Gains have slowed considerably over the past couple of months though, so its difficult to project future potential.

3 to 4 days a week

I say that because due to privacy I might get 2 good ones in, the others kinda light. I try MWF but like I said If I had a light one I'll go the next day.

Warm up heavy hot spray jet shower setting, heli shakes, leg smacks, and various stretching

I usually do 3 to 5 sets of 50 Jelqs depending on my ability for the day.

inbetween sets I'll do some PC pumps and Holds with more heli's and then top it off with one last good pump one handers.

It's basic and evolving the main thing is I try to get a good pump without putting the piper in harms way.

I do like 5 sets of 100 kegels 2x's a week or when I think about it.

starting specs 6.5 X 5.25 straight up. I really would like to get to 7.25 x 5.75.

I dunno watch Should I be expecting 6 months to a 1 1/2 years ?

Ultimate goal 3 years out 8.25 X 6.25 am I kidding myself.:lol:

5 on 2 off, consistent, pre/post workout stretching, and good warmup/warmdown and you could have those gains in 3 months.

So the routines O.K. and we aren't talkin 5 days all out, do you have any girth tips or should I just stick with my current routine.

Girth gains, I would say about an inch and a half is the best you can hope for.

unless ur consistent........absolutely 0 gains.

you have to make a routine you can adhere to, doesn't really matter if your doing 100 or 500 jelqs, you have to do it consistently.

i think it's exactly the same as working out

1-2 days/week is maintain
3 days/week your gaining
4-5 days/week depends on your cock's ability to handle the workload generally you do less but on more days, like my routine.


K-Man so 21mm in 8 months July-Feb +.82 inchs gained (rate +.1/month)

is that about right?

or would you say that the first 4 months were +.15 and last 4 was .075 so less gains in the later months?

Check out my diary, though you'll find no real pattern. Got some real good gains in the first couple of months but things have slowed considerably since.

How much would an increase from:
length: 6,3 inches to 7
Girth: 4,88 inches to 5,6

Be in percentage?

Hm, thanks Spike.

I just found out that going from 16 cm to 17,5 cm length and from 12,4 cm girth to 14,5 cm would give me a volume increase of atleast 50%!

If I for once can do things right, is that possible in one year?

Most big gainers here would have almost doubled their volume if my calculations are right??

If u want to know the recipe for my success was doing dry jelqs at maximum erection level(sometimes it even got out of control and I came, just so u see how hard I mean!). It actually feels very good to do drys like that, it's sort of a slow masturbation. I did each jelq last about 3-4seconds. I did 150-200 at base plus 150-200 from mid-shaft.

I doubt the wet jelqs were important for the girth gains because drys were so much more intense. I even got red spots from drys several times and then the wets didn't even feel like if they created strain on my veigns.(it did feel so initially)
