View Full Version : Absolute Best Girth Exercise??

Hey all, I Guess I'll introduce myself, Im 18 years old and from Canada, Im not new to PE'ing. But I have never got around to registring here, but anyways, i was wondering what the very best exercise is for girth gains, cause i started pe'ing about a year ago, i did it for a bit over a month and went from 13.4cm x 11.1cm to a 15.2 x 11.1, as you can see I gained about an inch in length but no girth. for some reason i stopped pe'ing for like 4 months, and then i restarted, but i havent been very consistant... I think a 6 incher is OK (7.5 inch better then OK), but what i really want is more girth cause i seem to be lacking quite a bit in that area, any help would be greatly appreciated!! Also im very glad CC is here so we can all share our knowledge and receive others about making are units nice and big :D

wet jelqs with a 80%+ erection. what exercises have you been doing?

I usually do wet jelqs with 70-85%, And also do holds, I found that if you do and hold a kegel then grip the base, and slowly pull towards the head, it works well you feel a nice pump. Or do a kegel, hold it then grip at the base, then once you grip you can let off the kegel. then as you let go of the OK grip do another kegel and repeat, it seems to keep pushing more and more blood into the head, careful if you try though, don't overdue it cause sometimes i get a strange feeling, which kind of tells me to not do it one more time or my dick might blow a gasket, haha

I don't think there is an "absolute best"...there are some that work in conjunction with each other to make it the "absolute best".

i think the different girth-exercises is all the same. girth is about expanding the freakin tunica. as long as you're doing that, wet jelqs is enough to make the blood find new ways, and working the actuall erectile tissue, making the new space filled up.

one should try them all though, cuz some exercises do work better for some.. but i think it's a matter of fiting the hand and the shape of the cock, or even understanding some exercises correct, and other not. they all work the tunica in pretty much the same way.

i do clamping cuz it's easy as hell, and even fun since you can jerk off att the same time. and it's giving the tunica expansion for a long time. then i jelq. simple! :D
