View Full Version : Kegels?

If you've ever seen a porn video with a male in it, you'll probably notice that when he's erect, there's a huge "line" bulging out from the bottom of the shaft. Not sure what the correct term is for that part of the penis, but is that bulge acheived by countless hours of kegels?

I've been doing kegels for a while now, and I've benefited from some of it. On the odd occassion I can shoot pretty far, but now more often after I ejaculate my penis will actually stay erect even if I don't stimulate it. But after I ejaculate, I don't really feel anything if I start stimulating my penis again. Does anyone have that? I don't think it's a problem, but I'm just curious cause I've heard some guys say they've had multi-orgasms, but I haven't yet reached that stage.

Actually that wasn't my question, but going back to the kegels thought. So yeah, if I keep continue doing kegels for a long time, will I start getting the "buldge"? I'm just curious, because of all the videos I've seen....the guy's either don't have a buldge, or they have a huge one....there's never a median.

The bulge you are referring to may be the tunica which every man has on the underside of the shaft. It houses the urethra which is the piss pipe. Kegels allows you to force blood into the penis which can create stronger erections. If you have a small tunica, no matter how much blood you kegelk in it will only increase to its size limit. To increase it beyond that size you need to do other exercises such as jelqs.

It is normal to maintain an erection after ejaculating and to lose feeling in it. I don't know the medical reason but it has happened to me many many times and I don't have any erection problems.

Becoming multi-orgasmic isn't achievied simply by having a developed PC or BC muscle. You need to do additional exercises (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=108&highlight=multi).
