I started working out physically so now I'm going to try to work out all aspects of my body.

Stats: NBPEL 6 in, NBLFL 3.5 Inches, I need to get my girth down but I'll do so at a later date.

My first workout was today and I did it too intense, so I'm going to back it off, and do a workout like thought pros routine but start with a lower number of jelqs.

Im using non-bone pressed sizes because that's all I have the ablility to use. And I figure if I loose alittle weight it'll only bump the gains up. So as far as goals it'd be around 8 inches long, and as I think I'm somewhere around 5 inches in girth I'd like to get to 6. An 8x6 would be for me and the girls.

Hi there & welcome :cheeky:

Always remember that you can add intensity if you feel its not enough, but its more difficult to recover from injuries caused by overdoing it. Its very easy to carried away when you first start out.

welcome to CC, i recommend getting that girth measurment as soon as possible. Have fun, and don't over do it.
