Hope everything is cool in CC land. Had a great holiday, but now I am back in the UK so time to start PE again. Who wants in? I am starting in the next few days.

Well done Wargarism. This Hell Month is a great motivational thing for the lads. Congratulations on a really imaginative idea for the board. Your Hell Month is the only good new idea I've seen in this forum for a long time.

Well deserved reps for a great idea. I'd give you mega reps if I had Spike's power. :)

Hey Master Long

The Endothil was a suppliment that I used for gym a while back. It co incided with very good PE gains I achieved at the time. I am not saying that it is a miracle PE suppliment, but maybe it did help out a little.

I was however very commited with PE at the time, so maybe it was just the extra effort.

Hell month, what's the deal?

Trugain it was a motivational thread I got started to help the guys stick to their routine.

Click here (http://cashmoneymarket.com/hell_month.html) to see the first chart. It then progressed to the 3 month routine (http://cashmoneymarket.com/3month.htm), but most guys found 3 months difficult to stay focused. I have decided to run the 1 month hell routines again to try help out.

It is also easier to stay motivated if the goal is just 30 days away. Check the threads I started regarding the 3 month and hell month routine. Makes for a good read!

lol just checked and saw you were involved in the 3 month routine :)

Will this hell month be different then from other hell months (like girth targeted month, length, etc.)? I think that concept would be pretty interesting :D Girth, legnth and flaccid months.

Basic rules will be:

You use your own routine.
Every day of the month will be represented so it does not matter what routine you use.
We will use the usual colours for the different results.
If you lie, you cheating yourself and not us. You don't deserve a bigger penis if you take the piss with your fellow CC brothers!

I am starting this on Monday the 15th. This will give the other guys to see the thread and join us if they want to.

my routine is posted in my diary. by the way it all fits in for me as on the 15th it will be 2 months since i started PEing. i guess this hell month will seal my time as a beginner. the rules are that you're going with your own routine and measure at the begining and the end, right? is there something i didn't mention?

:D Yo I never post but I've gained a bit since the last time i posted, on a bad day i guess I'm about 8 1/16 BPEL and my mid shaft girth is 5.5.

Am I supposed to post what I'm going to be doing too?

Ok.. I've been about 70% into this for slightly over a month... I've yet to re-measure since my start date... This Hell Well is the perfect opportunity for me to really get going, and start good habits and (hopefully) great gains. I look forward to getting to know you guys better... and wish you the best of luck!!

Are you out of your mind? Thats way too much man. Generally 150 - 300 would be a more suitable number, especially if you're just starting out.

We'll see I guess. I did 1500 last night I'm aiming for length so they aren't exactly the slowest and tightest jelqs in the world.

I've done 1000 for a 6on1off for a week a couple months ago to see if I could actually do it but I didn't have the discipline to be consistent with it so I'm going to try to do it now.

It will work fine.

I doubt it will actually work, afterall you should know by now that what counts is quality, not quantity. If the grip is too loose and too fast you're not moving much blood there and that might do nothing. But who am I to tell what you should or shouldn't. I hope it works for you.

I can not agree more that 1000+ jelqs are just tooooo much....remember you are not wanking you are exercising...150-200 quality jelqs are just fine for the beginners!

This time the participants are lucky- they get to create their own routine. The first one's was...rough, I'll say that!

Unfortunately, this one coincides EXACTLY as I'm going back to the US for a visit, so I have a 2 week break coming up. So I won't be participating.

But good luck to everyone who does.

I took a nice break over Christmas but yes I am liking the gains. Right now I am trying to go long distance, with the goal being to hang at night while I sleep. Purely experimental and working my way up there right now so free me from the safety lectures :cool Plus yall know me as the experimentor around here.

BTW now I am incorporating girth work into it and think that it will only help as more of a full cock routine. So the girth work would be my contribution to hell month.

Banana man the body is a remarkable thing so there might not be as much of a need for recovery as we think. Also I wouldn't quite call it an ADS as it is normally 5lbs or greater in weight.

BTW WAR where do you want us taking the girth measurement from as mine varies I am guessing midshaft?
