I am starting this mostly as a personal log, though any commentary would be appreciated.
Getting a definite measurement is always difficult, but right now as it stands I am exactly 7"x5" NBP when fully erect. Makes a good place to start from, since anything over that exact measurement would be from exercising. I am actually not bad off flaccid, I have always been a major shower and already measure just about 5" with just about the same girth, I do not know if having a larger flaccid penis means I will have a better or worse success rate. I think it may be due to my general physiology, as I have hypermobile joints, (thus extreme flexibility) a long, lean muscle structure, and the like. This may have nothing to do with it, but I hope being 'stretchy' might aid my quest.
I started two days ago on Thursday, December 28, just randomly in the shower. I had tried this last year, but got through two sessions and gave up. Now that I figure I can do it in the shower, I will not miss a single session.
I am doing the standard Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.
My exercises right now are:
- Warm up in shower with hot water and kegels until I feel ready.
- 30-second stretches in all directions
- Heli shakes for about thirty seconds
- 150 wet jelqs
- Finish my shower (thus warm down)
I think that is pretty conservative just starting out. I am looking to do the standard 25 more jelqs a week job. I think my unit is pretty resilient and I am young, so I am willing to press my luck a little bit. I am also following the five-hour no ejaculation theory.
I am also generally doing kegels whenever I get a chance otherwise, I have already seen a huge benefit from them.
As for goals, my first one is quite small, I just want to get to 7.5", and 5.5" if I can. My realistic long term goal is to make 8" and 6", and my fantasy if-I-do-this-like-eating goal is to get 10" and 7" or as far as I can take it. I am perfectly happy way before then, but the impetus to be able to say I have a cock measuring into the double digits would be awesome.
