Here's my current routine

warm up with a 5 way stretch 3x for 30 seconds each way.
300 wet jelques doing in sets of 30 with 10 second striaght out/straight up and heli twirls in between.
warm down with a 5 way stretch 3x for 30 seconds each way.

and about 100+ kegals a day.

Hello PE community, wondering if some of you could help me out with this. I am seeing all of these workouts that are going for girth, but I want a program will specificially work on length. This is due to the fact that my dimensions (LxG) are exactly the same (5.25in x 5.25in) so I think I got the girth covered, but am surely hurting on length. Anyone have a good exercise workout that will help me out with my stump?

Here's my current routine by the way

warm up with a 5 way stretch 3x for 30 seconds each way.
300 wet jelques doing in sets of 30 with 10 second striaght out/straight up and heli twirls in between.
warm down with a 5 way stretch 3x for 30 seconds each way.

Thank you all so much.

Do the jelqs pretty fast, with not a too tight grip and lowish erection level - experiment so you feel a stretch when you do them. You can probably get 300 done in less than 5 minutes. Add more at some point.

Look up A-Stretches. Avoid holds & other stuff done at high erection levels.
