Hey!

Heres my stats

02/04/05
Erect Length BP - 5 1/2"

Erect Girth - 4 1/2"

24/04/05
Erect Length BP - 5 1/2"

Erect Girth - 4 5/8"

Girth has increased by 1/8! not much but its something :D

I Do a warmup
4 Helis each for 15 seconds with stretches in all directions
150 jelqs
4 more helis
cool down

will change my routine maybe next week due no increase in length :(

the first few weeks are important for your penis to adapt to the pressure from PE. Not gaining in this period is nothing to worry about. An excessive routine may cause injury though so keep that in mind.
