In the article he says that is impossible to gain more than 1 cm per month but during the first month you may gain more, and then he goes on to say scientifc evidence backs this up. BUT he never offers the Scientific evidence, but he suggest using a specific device... Um salesman.

Yes I thought that as well. Nevertheless there is much information on other topics that may interest u. I wasn't even taking that particular topic into consederation. I read it but nothing useful on that one. Check the others.
