ive uploaded it to walagata, shrunk it below the sizes stated as maximum in size and pixels, tweaked it till its tiny and weird looking, and yet this "better" site is still screwing me around, ive adjusted it 5 times MORE thanm its asking for yet the little f##ker STILL wont accept it.
somebody please help me, im gonna kill him. im gonna kill him HOLD ME BACK, HOLD ME BACK!!! :evil:

seriously, its frustrating the hell outta me, i dont see what im doing wrong.

it also wont let me type more than 25 characters (including spaces) under my name, wth? is this site supposed o be an *improvement? or am i just being dumb here?

apparently max is 100x100 pixels or 9.8kb.
both of which ive done, even less than and the bastard still is giving me a NO.
