hi need some advice on my routine as have seen no gains at all in 2 months.

ive basically been doing this routine 5 days on 2 days off:

-5 minute towell wrap warm up + kegels
-5 minutes of stretching
-then 200 (first few weeks) up to 300 wet jelqs
-Warm down of helicopter shakes/ towell wrap

this doesn't appear to be working too well. Also 2 problems i have which may be affecting it are:

1) keeping an erection at the 60% level. i've tended to drop down to about 30% and carry on or taking breaks every 20-30 or so to look at some porn and get the level back up (don't know which is worse)
2) Unsure if i'm doing it with too hard grip? ofen feels full and bulky with the veins looking angry after and often get red spots but no real evidential gains so far?

any advice would be most welcome, thanks

I think you might be over training. Remember, penis grows at rest.

Try a MWF routine, and add the 10min water bottle stretch to your routine.

just what i was going to say, i think you might be over doing it.

cheers for the advice,

also i'm only doing wet jelqs in the routine at the moment,

do i need to/is it highly beneficial to add both dry jelqs and holds as well or is it mainly about wet jelqs?

Dry jelqs and holds are more for girth, and are more intense than wets.

Would probably be a good idea to add in some drys after a couple of weeks. You should wait until you've been PEing consistently for a couple of months before you start with holds though.
