i've been stretching constantly, the m,w,f routine.
my question is about the 5-way stretch,
i go each direction for 40 secs,
imbetween each direction i have a 15 sec shake at the max, never more than that.
i once read somwhere that our muscles and ligs have a response time or something, is this true???
