PE Vet starting back up again.
Current Routine On Day: 30 second stretch in every direction, 300 Wet Jelqs, 1 30 second hold, 500 short kegels.
Current Routine Off Day: 2 minute stretch in every direction, 500 short kegels.
I always experience a little trouble with exact measurement so i always give ball park figures.
11/20/05 measurement: length 7 1/16" width 5 3/8".
Next measure date Dec. 4th.
Long Term Goal: 8"
Longer term Goal: 9"
