Just letting those who want to listen know that i have finally had my first measurable gain.
Although it is only .5 of a centimetre... (no not an inch, a cm), it is a gain. lol
I am now finally 15cm... now just 5 cm's left
iv been PEing since this Feb but never properly mastered the stretching technique due to bad instruction from another site, leading to my abandonment of stretches.
i started up with CC in October and already have had a length gain.
No need to congratulate me.

.5 is a good gain. If you can 1cm per fortnight or even per month, you are on the right track
