The only thing that will really do anything is the NO.

that is the most stupid comment i have ever heard in my life, you must seriously love wasting money. How about you SAVE the money from your placebo creatine and N.O products and spend it on FOOD!

I am what you call a hard gainer, i trained since 16 to about 21 and gave up, why you ask BECAUSE i NEVER made any gains. Perhaps 1 or 2kg in mass.

I have just started back up again 12 weeks ago and have put on nearly 20kg. I do NOT have good genetics, i have always been VERY skinny and given a REALLY hard time about it, however i train compund exercises and eat SHITLOADS of food.

Your diet is more important than what you do IN the gym!

Try it you might be suprised! Or you could keep wasting you money on that shit and talk with you friends about the cool drop sets you performed of tricep pushdown LOL

I've been working out in gym for almost couple of years now and have to go with you Confusion, 'couse eating and eating right is just about everything of course along with the proper muscle workout....
and have never taken any supplements whatsoever..and still have proper improvements, being that I'm not aiming any super body boulding results just wanna have sixpack and nice curves.

There not needed but for a normal person. But for a natural body builder then only has so many supplements to better himself for contest it is a must.

Hm .. You hardly gain anything before and now in just 12 weeks you have gain alomst 20 kg? That's quite much. You must be on a serious bulk up diet. I'd bet a lot of those 20 kg is fat?

And creatine and PE, I don't think there is any benefits in taking creatine. As far as I know creatine helps you to give a little extra power while lifting weights and makes your muscles a bit bigger, because the extra creatine 'sucks' more water to the muscles.

But you may benefit from potein, as it repairs the cells, but I think you can get plenty through a good healty eating-habbit/diet.

Yeh its true i am eating LOTS but i am eating pretty lean at the same time. I have truly learn't that CORE exercises eg Squats and deadlifts are the best exercises for putting on total body mass. My arms have probably gone from about 13" flexed to 16.5" flexed (cold)
Drinking 2-3ltr a day of milk is a great bulking source, you can get almost and extra 1200 calories per day from doing this.

Judge for yourself about the bodyfat, this is me about 4-5kg ago.

I know it seems so easy but it is, if you train HARD with CORE exercises and eat HUGE you can gain lots of lean muscle mass quickly!

Well, you have done a great job! I would have expected some more fat.

But as you say, before you were 'VERY skinney'- so you have maybe gained around 5 kg fat. But that's just fine, then you know you get enough food. (: Do you plan to cut later?

And squat and dead lift are really good exercises! Both for the back and legs, but also for overall mass. More should do them. (:

Yes i will be cutting when i get to 100kg.

I would say about 5-6kg of the mass i have gained so far would be fat, but i also understand that the fasted way to gain muscle is to gain some fat at the same time. A lot of skinny people have an issues with their bodfat increasing. I used to be the same. HOwever i know now that due to the way your body produces insulin it is VERY hard for the body to do the 2 functions at once, you either need to be bulking or cutting. This is THE fasted way to add lean mass.

Also if you are naturally skinny you should find the cutting cycle a breeze, your body and fast metabolism should melt away the extra fat you have put on ver easily! Getting big is the hard part.... getting skinny is the easy part :)
