Don't get caught in the frenulum

Does anyone of you do frenulum stretches? My frenulum seems extremely short, to the point that I cant retract my foreskin very well.

have you tried gently pulling outwards on the lower foreskin when youre flaccid?
it should gradually loosen up and stretch some with some underside foreskin.

A lot of guys find that dry-jelqs cause the skin on the whole shaft to stretch and get more loose. If that hasn't happened to you, maybe you could investigate foreskin restoration techniques which involve stretching as well.
