My question would be this, when you say loss of tug back are you hanging larger than before flaccid? Right now, reach down, and pull your penis straight up. Does it retract back most of the way? As long as you haven't lost the complete ability to have retraction you are fine. As you PE ligaments loosen up at first before they get "hard" again.

Most get loss of 'tugback' after a while when PEing. If this worries you, take a break and you'll feel it there again after a couple of missed sessions. This is the reason that if you take a break you should start PEing like a begginer again.
