hey guys, im just posting up my current routine that im doing at the moment and was wondering and hoping if u guys could help me out with any thing on my routine, eg technique, what i should add, or what i should subtract etc.

Here is my routine:
Get into the bathroom:
15secs helishakes
15secs stretch
10secc helishakes
10secs stretch
5secs helishakes
5secs stretch

Now i hop into the shower and just let the hot water run over my dick as a warm up for 3-5 mins

then i do a stretch and wet jelq combo:
jelq outwards then as i get to the head i squeeze tighter and hold a stretch for 3 secs. i do this 10 times.

straight after this i do 30 secs of helishakes
then move straight onto my jelqs.
i do 200 jelqs each lasting 2-3 secs medium to hard grip (quality)

every 25 or so jelqs i do 30 secs of helishakes to get the blood circulation pumping around.

i then move on to do 30 dry jelqs at 75%-85% erection lasting about 4 - 5 secs each

helishakes then finish workout.

oh by the way, i kegal while i do my jelqs, i.e. kegal hard then jelq with right hand, then kegal hard then jelq with left han and so on.

Erect lenght-5.7 inches

Welcome to CC. Your routine looks solid. You may want to take it easy on dry jelqs at 80%. Good luck.

Welcome Garfield, I can't offer much advice (newbie myself) but how often are you doing your routine ? 1 day on 1 off, everyday ? there is a lot of good reading here, keep it up & good luck.

thanx guys for the warm welcome. I have been peing on and off for the past 6 months - 8 months but never really stuck seriously to a routine, i always got eager to grow and just start adding bits here and there and from that i never got any results. But yeah i have got a lot of experience in this department, just no result :x anyways with my routine im trying to do it 5 on 2 off so yeah the wet jelqs are a bit low at the moment but i am gonna increase that but about 26 every week ( 26 so i can make it 13 each hand =P ). i love the helishakes it gives me a good heavy feeling in my dick just all the good circulation, which is what we need when jelqing and i just have heard some very good feed backs on doing them from other pe ers so thats why i decided to include it in my routine. cheers guys ill make sure to report in every now and again. oh one thing i noticed, this is for motivation guys, i have been doing my kegals quite a bit lately and the other day i shot out and it went dead set like a cannon, i pulled out of my girlfriend and when i came it shot up to her tits.. i mean i thats bloody amazing for the minimal effort in doing kegals, soon ill be able to shoot further, maybe across the room :shock: . oh just remembered about the dry jelqs, yeah i dont know hey i mean any advice ill take so ill try doing them about 80% erection. thanx guys again for the warm welcome be back soon again if u feel like asking any questions feel free. :D
