I'm doing thoughtful pro's newbie routine. With a 10 minute warmup/cooldown, the actual stretching and wet jelq only last 10 minutes. Is this workout too short? Im doing 2x of stretching [straight, left, right, up, down] and then ~250 wet jelqs.

Also when you do wet jelqs, how hard is your penis suppose to be? Is it hard enough to insert?

im not at all an expert on these things, but to me a warm up lasting nearly as long as the workout is a little tedious. as with many things people always think wrongly that more is better, and while a certain degree aof warmup is essential, it is equally true that any warming up beyond that will have little productive effect. in my opinion about 5 minutes good soaking with occasional massaging and kegels is good enough. i suggest you read the thermosticky under routines to find a great workout thatll get you good results in less time

It sounds fine. a 10 min warmup is a lot but I don't think you are overdoing it.

can you overdo a warmup?????

I am sure you can overdo anything. If the warm up is done correctly, ie at a 110 degree temp, I think you could do it for 20 minutes even because at that temperature your penis doesn't become too soft. It's just that after a while you get that terrible watery/fish skin and that's where injury can happen. But I think that if you use a constant application of 110 degrees you can have a very effective warmup in 5 minutes. After that the penis won't be getting much softer.

it's actually only a 5 minute warmup. The other 5 minutes is for cooldown. Is 10 minutes of stretching and jelqing too litte?

Not if you're just starting. Listen to your cock, he'll let you know if your under/over training. If you dont feel a good workout, up the intensity, if its too intense then obviously lower it. Theres no set amount so experiment and if you find something that works, then stick with it.

I personally focus on jelqing. Stretching for me is more of a warm up to jelqing, as jelqs are like a continuous stretch.

Not at all, just make sure you don't grip too tight for wet jelqs to make up for time. Keep it easy and you'll be OK. After some time you'll be able to judge for yourself whether you need to spend more time for the workout.

Btw, I loved TP's new moniker. Thought Pro does sound like a thoughtful bloke.
