UNDERSTANDING PE :idea:

First thing you must do when you begin PE, is to make sure you understand what you are doing. You really must learn how PE works, how to do the routines properly, find out if it is safe for you to do these exercises, set a goal, and finally ask yourself "Do i want this and can i stick to it". You should never begin PE without doing any of this first.
PE, itself, can be a very slow and sometimes discourageing process. You can not ever come into PE thinking you will gain 3 inches in a month. It just doesnt happen. You must put alot of work and dedication into PE if you want to be successful. Just keep envisioning your goal and telling yourself you will get there. You have got to use your mind a bit with PE as well and no matter what your eyes see in your penis, just keep telling yourself IT WILL GROW.
Now to explain PE a bit. There are many theories on how PE works though basically all revolve around one thing. Tearing and repareing. The most common one is that the cells in the blood vessels and surrounding dissue are broken down and torn like a bicep when working out. What follows is cellular restoration. This process is where the body restores the cells that were broken down and adds on to them makeing the area larger and stronger over time. Also the blood being forced into the vessels causes them to expand and overtime, promotes growth. Some mention the tunica wich surrounds the tissue. This is tuff, but it can be broken down and restored in the same way allowing more growth. Anyways, no one can tell you for sure how it works cause we really dont know 100%. What we do know though, IS THAT PE WORKS!!!!!!

WHERE DO I START? :?

Good question. Have you read all of the above info? Have you worked on understanding the exercises the best you can and how they work? Got a goal? Can you stick with it? If so, great. You are now ready for a routine.

that show you all you need to now to start out. But say you aren't quite up to putting your own routine together. Dont worry, its already been done for you. Simply put, all you need is here at CC. A common question is also at what percent erection do i jelq or do helds or what ever. IS THIS SAFE? :o

PE is as safe as you make it for yourself. If done improperly, you can do some major damage to your penis. Thats why i said before, know what you are doing before you do it. You gotta work with your body. Listen to it. It knows when you have had to much. If you feel any pain at all..STOP immediately. Pain is never a good thing when doing PE. But you may want to push it early on. Trust me, this in no way will make your penis grow any faster. If you go in with this attitude you just bought a first class to ticket to FUCKIN YOUR DICK UP CITY.
Basically, play it smart and do your PE homework and you will be fine. Think trying to rip your dick off is going to do alot of good, i'll see you under the next I THINK I HURT MYSELF thread. A good routine with good form and done properly will get you all the gains you need.

PS:Do not jelq 100% erect as a beginner. You may even want to stay away from it as you become more advanced.

Suppose you dont agree and you start out with Oldie like intensity. Well, more than likely you will injure yourself. But all people are deserving of a second chance. Most PE related injuries will go away after a few-day break. Just give it time to heal and start back properly. But a few cases serious injury can occur. One member actually had a blood vessel dislocate :o :shock: and a few have had some horrible things happen as well. If you end up like this, it is sadly and actually your fault. You didnt read the warnings or anything. If you are yet to give it a go, think of a dislocated vein and that should be all you need to play it smart.

Got yourself a routine together? Know to play it safe? Good, youre finally ready for PE, but there are a few more things to help you out along the way. The biggest key is

DEDICATION :!:

You have got to be dedicated to this for it to work for. You must set days to PE and do it in some shape or form if its at all possible. Gains CAN sometimes take months to see, even up to a year or so if you are really unlucky. Even so, stick with it and do it and you will gain. It may take a while, but all people can gain through PE.

MOTIVATION :P

IT MAY BE A YEAR? Yep. So motivation is very important. A few tips to staying motivated are:
1. if you feel you need a break, take a break. Life can get hard and you may not feel into it or you just simply have no time at all to do PE, and a break is fine. A little break can actually be very benneficial, especially when you plateau.
2. Make a progress diary. Seeing your gains from start to finish is a great way to keep going. When my gains slowed, i continued cause i knew if i had gained before, i will again. A PD is a great motivational tool.
3. Measure as few times as possible. Once a month is perfect in my opinion. You aren't very likely to gain in weekly periods so all you are doind is goint to get yourself discouraged.
4. Read up on Goliath's new reward theory. Its a new idea, but i think it could work great. A really good way to stick with PE is to reward yourself when your reach your goals (Your short term goals) or if you gain a big amount this measure. This will make your mind assoiciate gaining with a nice treat. Make the treat something your do not get often. Maybe a block of chocolate for those chocolate lovers, buy yourself a watch, something good. Doing this can greatly help your PE. You will be really motivated to stick with it. Maybe you could have a really big reward when your reach your final goal.
5. Take a pic of your dick with each time you gain if u have a digital camera. I can't begin to tell you what a great help this is for motivation.

OVERALL HEALTH 8)
Your over all health is very important when it comes to PE. So cut back on the smokes and the alcohol and do some cardio training. This will help promote better blood flow. Do some sit ups and push ups in the morning and before bed. Not only will it be beneficial to your PE, but it will help make you look and feel better giving you a better chance of useing your new love tool that you will get from PE.
Eat healthy. Ahhhhh. What a simple but very overlooked factor to PE. For your body to grow, you gotta feed it right. It needs its proteins carbs and fats etc... but it needs them iin proper proportions. You can find this stuff all over the net about what the right amounts are and so forth. Also get yourself some l-argenine. Bobo brought this to our attention and i find it to be a great supplement.
Drink water. DUH!!! :roll:
Work your PC. Go piss. Stop in midstream. Feel that little muscle. Good job, you just found the tiny muscle that plays a huge part in your sexual health. This muslce is key to stronger orgasm, holding back orgasm, becomeing multi orgasmic, haveing harder erections, and shooting like a porn star. So how do you work it, just flex and unflex. Some good kegel routines can be found here on CC.
Massasge your testicles. Do it everynight before you go to sleep. Not only is it very relaxing, but it aides in keeping your nuts happy and healthy. Plus it gives a a chance to do your cancer check. :D
Masturbate. Masturbation has been proven at long last to be a healthy thing. YAAAAAAYYYY!!!!! So how is it healthy. Well, studies have shown that frequent masturbation can reduce the risks of prostate cancer. So feel free to wank!

Or 5 hr. theory as i call it. Some follow it some don't. We dont know if its 100% reall or 100% not. What it is though is that you do not masturbate 5 hours before or after PE. Some follow it and gain others dont and gain. This ones up to you.

ANY OTHER TIPS? :?:

A few:
1. If it aint broke......You know the rest. If you are doing good with the basics, stick with them till they no longer work. If they arent doing it for you, keep trying. Advanced exercises are only for when your penis can take them. NOT FOR BEGINNERS
2.Take a look at Bobo's LESS IS MORE theory. Its a brilliant theoryand you should apply it to your routine.
3.Use a good lube. I reccomend Vaseline. Some use ky jelly, baby oil, and ArTee uses wet light. Just be sure that what ever you use, you get good slippage and it causes no burning or discomfort.
DO NOT USE SOAP
4.You got red spots. Scary at first, but no big deal. Rest a couple days and you are fine. Lighten up on that grip though.
5. Popped a lig. You pulled to hard and heard a crack. Feel sick, thats about it. You may get sick to your stomach, but suprrisingly this is no where near as bad as it sounds. SO PE ON after a short break that is.
6. Read the diaries here and ask questions. If u have a problem just ask and if you have a new idea about PE, post it up.
7. Read the threads. Tips, motivation, all you need to know is here at CC. Its a valuable tool in penis enlargement.
8.DONT GIVE UP! I did once and i wish i didn't. Hard to tell where id be at now.
9.Get a good nights sleep. Rest is very important because this is when you grow. Shoot for 8 hours of sleep a night.

Ha ha, yeah, also if I may add this, I hope I'm the first, though not a rule or anything, while I do PE or stretching or anything, I don't measure, I rarely do. Because when I do measure, it's a really good suprise to notice gains. AT least THAT used to be a motivator for me, I now measure somewhat regularly.
