Hi all,
Firstly thanks for the welcomes. Second I followed the advice on measuring and came up with new stats

For all my life until 1 month ago EL 11.5 - 12CM :cry:
Yesterday I posted stats of EL 13CM, approx 1CM gain in 1 month. :roll:
Last night I re measured before workout and used BPEL method and now seems to be BPEL 14.4cm at my hardest erection. :shock:
Although my shaft looks slightly longer it seems when my penis is erect that the gains have come due to an increase in the glans size. Naturally I had to measure about 10 times just to make sure that I'm not shitting you guys. This took up about 10 mins of my workout.

Okay enough blah blah, heres the question. I have been working out for a month on PE. In that time I did not measure progress at all. Visually there was some improvement but not much. Routine was 1 day on 1 off. In the last week I started with Amino Acid supplementation, and it seems the gains came in the last few days.

IS THIS POSSIBLE??!!! :?

I'll keep you all posted on results in my diary in a months time

By the way am I in the right forum?

The aminos may have given You a harder erection, and that's why You got the good measurements. That doesn't mean there wouldn't be any real gains, only You didn't see them before, maybe because of weaker erections due to the strain or something... Congrats on the gains, and good luck for more! :mrgreen

we'll see in a months time if this is really for real. If it is then I will reach my 1st goal of 6 inch within 2 months of starting. The proof is in the pudding...or is that measuring? :cheeky:

Well you are getting to your goal. Very soon you will reach those 6 inches at the rate you are going. Good for you mate. :cool

Be possitive but if it doesnt happen as soon as you hope then keep going! Alot of people experience their best gains when they start but most tend to slow down, but aslong as you stick at it, you'll keep gaining for sure. Keep it up!

Wernstrum I posted something on an old thread about L arginine and L orthinine, where you enquired about getting another supplement in Australia to the one you use. Cant remember whose thread but check it out on the search function. the one I use is working wonders, especially for PE but also for body building as well.

Yeh I found it, I'll look into it. I wonder how many of those tablets you whould have to take to get 3 grams of L-arg and 3 g of L-orith per day

The best ratio for those two is 2/1 (A/O).
