I did a google search this morning on girth length
and ran across this

Morning-(Length)
5min Warmup
10min Longschlong Heli
5min Pressured Schlong *both top and bottom*
5-10min PowerSchlong
3min Warmdowon

Evening
5min Warmup
200+ Jelqs (after my first hundred every 10th jelq i Jelq and hold)
5min Horizontal Movement
5-10 Uli's
3min Warmdown..



( does anyone know what powerschlong is?
and 5-10 Uli's ? )

For those of you not familiar with a uli, you simply get your penis to around 80% erect, do a kegel and clamp the bottom of your penis with your hand, repeat kegeling, only releasing your grip to allow more blood in.

No idea what the PowerSchlong is, or Pressured Schlong, Longschlong,Horizontal Movement or Warmdowon.

I was doing a little web-based research on PEing as well and I came across this workout:

1. 5 minute warmup.
2. 5 minute Stretches.
3. 500 wet jelqs.
4. 10 minutes sucking dick.
5. 5 minute warm down.

I understand 1-3, 5. But does anyone else think #4 is a little drastic??

Hi Guys,
I am new here and just started the PE program. I have lots of programs(pay sites) to start from (none of them paid for - I found the passes lying around internet:-).
Anyway, I thought what better to start my post than answering a question. LongShlong is from SomeOtherPESite.com. Here's the summary straight from the site:

"The Long Schlong Summary
1. As per usual, warm up thoroughly
2. Grasp the tip of your penis below the head
3. Pull it out in front of you and hold for 15 seconds
4. Repeat for the desired number of reps
5. Relax and gently massage the head of the penis
6. Stretch penis to right and hold for 15 seconds
7. Relax and gently massage the head of the penis
8. Stretch penis to left and hold for 15 seconds
9. Always repeat for the desired number of reps "

This is basically the stretching exercise on CC but with a fancy name :P
The other exercises are from the same site. If you guys want I can post them too. I just don't want to get in trouble for it.
