Hi guys. I'm new to the forum and I am very encouraged by the way you guys give advice and encouragement. I've been very dissapointed with my size for a long time. Anyway after trying unsucessfully to become a member of paid sites I discovered this one. I've pretty much figured out the beginner exercises and started tentatively on 24/03/05. Please forgive me if my conversions from mm to inches are not exactly accurate I only know metric. Here are my starting stats:
24/03/05 :cry:

FL = 80MM (3.14")
EG = 100MM (3.93")
EL = 120MM (4.72")

FL = 95MM (3.74")

Moderate gains in a month but the results are encouraging. I also fell a bit meatier at full erection. :cool

Firstly welcome to CC matey!
Second: to convert to inches: use cm instead of mm then divide the cm by 2.54
so for example:
EL = 130MM = 13 CM
Then 13 / 2.54 = 5.1
Thirdly you should state your length measurements in BPEL (Bone-pressed Erect Length) - this is when you press the ruler into your pelvic bone above the penis when doing the measurements. This is the correct way of measuring length.
And lastly, 1cm is a good gain, but PE is a lifestyle choice not just a process, so it doesn't really matter what you gain per month. As long as you keep doing the exercises, keep motivated, stay healthy and listen to your body to avoid injury.

Thanks for the welcome guys, I will definitely use the BP measuring method. I did it from the top but I felt like I was cheating by pushing it back. I probably have a little more in length on top of posted stats. Anyway will post again next month. I think after next month we will see if the gains continue, visually it does seem to have improved. I dont have a camera to take pics though.

heya BIGOKE, i'm pretty new here too and wanted to congratulate you on your motivation! my second measuring day is in 8 days and i am psyched/nervous to find out if the work is paying off. have you changed your routine up at all since you started, like upped the wet jelq count? keep it up brother!

Bubba I have upped my wet jelqs to 300 - 350. Stretch a bit longer too and Dry Jelqs up to 150 - 200. Experiment every now and then with Holds and A stretches but not consistently. Adds too much time to the routine. I'm rootin fer ya on your next measuring day.

Well I haven't been faithful to my PE routine in the last 2 weeks. :puke: Only managed to do it every 3rd or 4th day. :cry: Time to measure soon. I don't want to but I have to despite my inconsistency. Not holding out for much. :x

Hey I like my sexy butt, so ain't no one gonna kick it, cause my new stats are in and I did PE last night. Glad to have friends like Mags and Clocks. :D
I had a difficult month not able to dedicate a lot of time to PE due to after hours commitments, (no not prostitution!) :evil: . Also I found that I couldn't take my L-arg/L-Orth supplements because they reccomend to take it on an empty stomach at night, but I ate so late that my stomach was never empty when I went to sleep. My best gains came with the supplements. I think I would have made close to 6 In BPEL if I had been consistent. But nonetheless for the second month in a row the gains are there. WOO HOO. :D

Dry jelqs + kegels 100 - 150 3 mins

Total Time approx 20-25 mins

Yeah I am grateful wern. I mean it was way smaller a few months ago, its just that I got used to seeing results. I expected to reach 6.0 EL this month and 4.75 EG. Staying the same size sucks a bit for me, but like I said at least I didn't lose anything.
I did an analysis on what I was doing. I found that the lack of growth also coincides with the fact that I haven't been to the Gym in the last month. Also put the fat back on where the muscle used to be. When I was training regularly it seems that the growth followed. So mayhaps theres something in that. Also my time has been taken up by giving lectures, stressing over my new house and studying. So the PE time was limited or not really productive. And I stopped my supplements of Larg and Lorth. SO I'll have to do better in the comming month.

I reckon I'm just a little bit impatient, I really wanted 6" end of June. But hey maybe the fast gain is over now, and now I gotta put in the hard graft. I started out with aspirations of 1/4" a month and for 2 months I got 1/2 inch. So when did the world end?? Not yet I tell you. So I'm picking up my sorry ass and starting PE tonight. The depression lasted 5 days and is over now. I'm gonna get that 6.0 this month.

Last month I tried to do LIM. So basically cut the routine from 1+ hour to 25 - 35 mins. This month going back to 1 hour since that worked better, just to see if that is the cause of not gaining. I have a theory that I may have inadvertently changed my routine to a maintenance routine instead of a workout. :neut: I'll let you guys know how it goes. :wink:

There is no universal workout time. Everyone has an optimal length of time based on their body and phase of PE. If your routine at 1 hr was working before, I would advise you to keep at it until gains stop/slow. LIM theory, as I understand, is about working to the optimal and recognising the importance of recovery. If you are unsure of the optimal amount of time, try to "feel" it out. If you can't feel when the workout becomes an overworkout (ie when it starts feeling numbish and not as easily pumped anymore or maybe starts feeling sore), you can always refer back to members diaries (for consensus), and the stickies in the general discussion forum.

Nope, she about 7+ months pregnant and I got some issues about hurting her and the baby. We try but can't get it on. Some psycological stuff going on in my head. Yeah but she has been looking at my dick funny. I think she's not quite sure if theres something different, she don't say nothing,but she taken to stroking it a bit. :D

Heya TinyTim, I was a bit dissapointed cause in the beggining gains came quite fast. I didn't have a hard and fast routine in the beginning because of time constraints and privacy issues. But basically in the beginning I PEed at least 4 days a week. I always strectched but Jelqs were a problem. Wet jelqs I fitted in when I could but I did mostly dry jelqs and stretches. When I couldn't do wet jelqs I substituted them entirely with dry jelqs. And when I could do wets I did them only without dry jelqs. Basically I tried to keep up the training no matter what the circumstance. Last month I cut down on time a bit and I got no gains, but I didnt lose any either. I also slacked off going to the gym and I believe that may have affected my gains as well. (just a theory I have). I have decided that I will not post measurements until I reach 6" in length. For some reason the length gains have stalled a bit. Maybe its a psycological thing seeing as I so close. :(

Your in my boat and quite a few others. I had a growth explosion at first, but then i have slowed down alot. As far as that bit to go, dont look at it like "Damn those gains arent there." but remember those gains will come eventually. Helps keep you motivated better.

I feel I have to remain consistent and post my results no matter what. I haven't reached my first goal of EG4.75' and BPEL6.0 and I was determined not to post until I achieved that. But seeing as there are guys who have been posting with no results then maybe my small gains will boost them to keep them going. I still feel bummed that I'm not quite there though. :x

I think at this stage you should be focusing on turning it from a "routine" into a habit. Like brushing your teeth. As long as you don't stop exercising you will bust through this plateau

In honour of my 500th post i decided to measure last night. 6.0 inch at full erection. :D Seems I can't get the damn thing to stay at full extension for more than 10 seconds. :x It sort of shrinks slightly to 5.9in and i almost have to edge before it expands to fullness. I think PE makes the damn thing lazy. Before when it was so tiny it would almost want to burst outa its skin. Now it seems like its holding some space in reserve. :evil:
I seem to have lost slight girth from the last measurement because I increased the stretching to get to 6 in. So now I'm average from small. It took me 4 1/2 months to reach my length goal. From 4.75 in to 6 in.
So the overall gain is 1.25in or 1 1/4in.
So guys don't give up, this thing works. To give you an example(sick) When i used to wank before hardly anything used to stick out above my grip. Now I can see some shaft and i have a longer stroke. So now I'm going to give it a go until I find another inch. My new goal will be 6.0inch NBPEL.

Sadly I'm gonna have to sign out for a while. My wife gave birth last week and things are a bit hectic at the moment. Also trying to get the house finished off, and got a load of lecturing till end of October. So time is limited for my CC visits. No time to PE now :x . I didn't understand your comment at first but I figure you meant girth gains? yeah that sucks, but I was concentrating on streching and w/jelqs to reach my length goal and lost some girth. Ah the pain of PE sometimes. :neut:

Okay so I got some time for CC but not time for PE. :x In the last 1 1/2 months only did maintenance PE. So the stats stay the same for now. Moving house on Friday 30th Sept. So no more time to PE for a while. Damn I thought I could get 6 1/2 inch by Christmas. maybe with some concentrated PE once things settle down again. Maybe even get back into the gym. Fuck all this responsibilities... NOT!!! :(

Hey buddy i just joined again CC and i am all for it at this moment cause i intend to get my goal. Now you are the only one here that has had those gains in less than 6 months. That in encouraging, although i just need some answers if you can. What is BPEL and the other abreviations you use in your measurments? and are you for real? in one month of daily PE did you get those gains of one cms? i am only aiming for 2 cms.......do you think i will get there in only 2 months? or is it the first month the one that you see the more gains? If this is how it is, sorry to doubt and dude you are an inspiration and motivation. GREAT GAINS MAN!!!!!

Welcome to CC matey. Yeah I don't really know why I gained so fast in the beginning. Ii think I was really hyped to make it work. Also I didn't really know what I was doing since it was new, and just did what felt right. I also didn't miss sessions. I had lots of stretching and wet jelqs and my routines used t take about 45 - 60 mins. Cant match that now, time is a bummer for me. Anyway about 1 1/2 months later I started with Larginine Lorithine combination with a herbal masculine supplemnt and thats when the biggest gains came. Unfortunately I couldn't sustain it because of other commitments hence the slow down on gains. So yeah you can make it with (work out) time and dedication. BPEL means Bone Pressed Erect Length which is when you measure your length by pressing the ruler alongside your dick into the fat pad until it meets resistence at the pubic bone. NBPEL is Non Bone Pressed which is the opposite of what I just described. Explanations of all the abbreviations can be found in the Beginners guide. Good luck! :wink:

So the other night me and the missus get down, finally. ANd guess what, it won't go in. Okay its been like months since we last had sex, what with the pregnancy and the recovery from childbirth and all. Yeah they talk about how the vagina is stretched and all, but man she was so tight almost like a virgin. OK also probably had to do with the fact the soldier grew in stature since the last time. Anyhow I had to go real slow because we didn't want to rupture anything and I couldn't get my dick all in. So I'm liking all this tightness and then my dick really expands and bam I let it go. 30 sec later and bam there she goes. So the baby wakes up and we ain't got down on it again since. Now she looks at me and says OK when you up for some? I can't wait. But her mum is over helping with the baby and I have to sleep on the couch because we don't have a spare bed yet. So gotta wait for the weekend. The missus ain't sure if my dick is bigger but she definitely noticed that somethings different. I hope next time I don't let go too soon.
I havent done PE properly since July so I'm planning to start soon, and go back to the gym to lose some fat. Shit I went from a size 34 to 36 during our winter. Its spring time now and I need to get in shape for the summer holidays.

You're pretty much my measurement now it'll be interestin to see how our gains compare. Although I'm just starting out and judging by various journals I should be gaining at my quickest over the next few months..if at all.

OK so from my last measurements in August until Sat Nov 5 2005 I have only done minor PE maintenance routines. Stretches and dry jelqs only maybe once a week sometimes twice a week.
From Saturday 5 November I started PE again. i have done it for the past 5 days in a row.
Routine
Warm up = Hot wrap for 50-60 kegels x 5 sets (can't use IR lamp anymore too suspicious)
Stretch = 5 directions @ 20 sec each x 5 sets each (courtesy of Spike)
300 - 400 Wet Jelq Stretch combo
150 Dry jelq stretch combo
Shower
Because I was starting up again I wanted to measure myself to see if i had lost any of the gains I made before. Couldn't find my ruler or tape measure until last night. :x
I dont know if I had lost anything before I started last Saturday. But when i measured Last night guess what?
BPEL is up from 15.2 cm to 15.5cm. Loosely translated it means I have gained .3 cm in 5 days. And the flaccid is looking awesome.
I did not measure girth.
I have a confession to make. I also found a bottle of PE pills from a couple of years ago, (name with-held for anti spam purposes). I decided to take them along with some l-arginine and a herbal supplement and zinc supplement. 1 pill of each. I think they may be helping.
I am not updating the front page until the end of the month. Lets just see how it goes. :wink:

I've tried a couple of times but for some reason I have no motivation for it these days. Maybe the reason is my divorce and the fact that sex hasn't played a big part in my life recently. With my motivation I seem to have lost my sex drive too. But, things are starting to look brighter and maybe in the near future I will find some motivation too.

Motivational speakers or inspirational books can only suggest ways of motivating oneself, but it boils down to what one does with those suggestions. Decision making is what is important. Diary update front page. Well I had a sudden spurt of PE for about a week and a half :D and then back to inconsistent PE in the last 2 weeks :( . Well anyways as I posted earlier there have been some gains. I haven't measured girth because I can't find my cloth tape. And I dont have any cord or string handy. I will do the paper measuring thing when I get a chance.

I measured girth last night using a strip of paper. Probably not the most accurate measurement but I am limited to that option until i find the frigging cloth tape. :x
According to the strip of paper it measures 12.5cm or 4.92 in. I am not posting this in my results because I would like to officially verify this with the tape I have been using all along, just for consistency. But it does mean an increase of about .36 in. :D
I have an observation. :idea:
It goes like this.
When i started PE with a little PEEWEE :( I used to get an erection with a pronounced curve upward or backward towards the navel area. This made measuring length very difficult to do from the top of my dick because of the curve. So I decided to measure from the top and little to the right side of my dick. And I have always done it like that. Nowadays the curve isin't so pronounced and difficult to bend like before so I've measured from the top last night and I found a variation of about 4mm less from the top than from the side. So this means in real terms my reported measuremnts have been about .5cm less than accurate. :cry:
This means that my original stats were smaller than reported in the beggining and also the size reported throughout was not 100% accurate. But since the incorrect measuring method was used consistently the gains remain the same.
So my length from the top is about 15.2cm or 6 in. My length from the side is about 15.6 to 15.7cm. Or 6.14 in.
SO what should I do guys? From the top or stay from the side?? :?

I only ever kegel to keep blood in my dick when I do jelqs. I find no use for them otherwise. They certainly don't help me to stop myself from coming and are a pain in the ass to monotonously clench and release all the time. :evil: I have also found out that kegels in the end make my dick lose the erection from too much clenching. Also if you trying to stop yourself from coming from sex or wanking, kegels make your dick expand and that increases sensation and makes you come faster.
I have been working on a new technique opposite to kegels, which instead of clenching the PC muscle you relax it. Then you use sort of yoga breathing technique with visualisation and try to get the blood to pump into your dick from your midriff and groin area. Its tricky but I got it to work and i do those more often than I do kegels.

It's called a reverse kegel. :P The main reason to kegel is to help with erection "stiffness", I don't know where this clamp it off with a hard kegel talk came from.

Yeah you know when you first start and everyones just about kegels and pc clamps and shit. Well i never had a problem with erection hardness yet so it seemed like a waste of time to do them. Some advocate that it helps prevent premature ejaculation, but after thousands of kegels I still don't see any improvement in that department. Shit ejactulating depends on how horny I am and when last I had sex and how horny my partner is. So fuck kegels :lol: :lol: .

I'd be very interested in your findings for a breathing technique to help delay ejaculation. Even if kegeling as hard as you could delay cumming (whether to just help you last longer or becoming multiorgasmic), I don't find it very useful myself. I find it far better to slow down and do other things to the woman like caressing her body or whatnot to work MUCH better than kegaling. Unless she's begging to keep pounding into her...then I've got no choice. :cool
Also, did you find your cloth tape? The paper strip will actually probably make your gains appear to be smaller than those with the tape measurer. So I look forward to hearing your results!

When you feel like you gonna cum then you take deep breaths through your nose, exhale through your mouth,( not like gasping or anything and not shallow breaths either) slow down whatever you doin or stop even, and then try to relax the stomach groin area and dont clamp the PC. Okay that sounds complicated and it is. But I have managed to accomplish it a few times. Most times it don't work because I start too late. the key is to recognise exactly when you are about to pull the trigger. If you go too far then it dont matter what you try and do it won't work.
As for the tape I still cant find it. :evil: But it don't matter anyhow because I overdid my girth routine and ended up with purple spots on my glans. :x Then my wife suddenly wants lots of sex :cool and now I havent PE in 2-3 weeks. :puke: Bummer? I can't say at this point. :?

Update on front page. Increase 0.04inch Girth and about .2inch length. I've been terribly inconsistent for a while now. The plus side is I didn't lose but the down side is gains are not consistent. The measuring never lies though and I was dissapointed with girth. Mainly because it looks so awesome (especially the glans)when i PE but come measuring day and theres nothin. Anyways keep on keepin on.
I'm still battling with measuring erect length. Firstly when I stimulte an erection it doesn't get to full length and sometimes I feel like i've lost some length even though the dick is pumped. Then I have to keep stimulating for a couple of minutes then the guys ready for measuring. It seems to me that there are two erection stages for me One that just gets it up and the other really needs some excitement to encourage it to fully extend.
Flaccid still sucks though so I'm not posting those. Although the stretch from flaccid to erect is awesome.

Hi GonnaGetBig, I took L-arg and L-orith supplements as well as zinc. I seemed to have had my biggest gains during that time about 3/4 inch in 3-4 weeks. I havent supplemented properly again since then. After the growth spurt my dick got a little heavy and I couldn't get full strength erections for a while.:x But they're back now. Theres always a chance that you will have an advantage of more gains because of you age over some of us older guys, but this is not proven. The only real advantage you can count on is that you can achieve your goals a lot earlier than late starters did. Now stop dilly dallying and get started already. Yeah I'm still trying to PE. most times I can't even get 3 sessions together in a row in a month so it turns out to be twice a week in good weeks and once a week on bad weeks.:x This week i've managed three in a row.:D Well it looks visually a lot better, more well trained but I havent measured in a long while. My last sessions were the best quality I've had in a long while and I hope i can keep the consistency up. I am not fussed though because the wifes not complaining. At least the little training I get is still making a difference. I may have lost the small length gains I made, but girth looks good. But i've seen that before but it was not borne out by the tape measure.:( My flaccid still sucks tho.:evil:
