hi i got a problem.
i can hold my ejaculation back.... ive tried ur program but it dosnt help
either it is me that is doing it wrong or the program dosnt help .. i need to know how to hold my sperm back .. i cant ... after 5 min then i can feel them moving closer to my little brothers HEAD ... u know ... PENIS

Well first off drop the playground speak- it isn`t neccesary.
Secondly, what? You need to edit your post to make more sense, either you have a few typos or you are a walking contradiction.

well ive been members for long time but i havnt logged on for ages and i dont remember my usename .. so i make a new one ..
what i ment with the post was.

Well, sorry for not taking You seriously, man! Kegels are the key. Start a kegel routine and make that PC-muscle of Yours stronger, that way You'll have better control over Your ejaculations.

well was 11.2 in start and i reached 14.6 after 4 months
then i stopped for 7 months. Now i just started againand my goal is to reach 20cm .. dont know how many inches that is.

But that routine of Yours is insane even for an experienced PE'er, man! You're straining Your dick way too much and it may lead to a serious injury. Start for example the beginners routine here (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=31). Your dick isn't used to the strain of PE because You haven't done any PE for seven months. Start it slow or You might get injured.

Kegels are the key for controlling Your ejaculations. Concentrate on them and I'm sure You'll learn to last longer in bed.

well it goes faster... and when u stop, you wouldnt lose ur girth or length.
Im sure on that but it take ages to do it each day.
They recomment to do it 5-6 times pr week and i did every single day.
After 4 month i reached from 11.2 to 14.6.
I never measured my girth but it was around 0.6 inches bigger

I don't have a program at all. I believe in learning what works for You by "listening" to how a routine should feel afterwards and also wether You've healed enough before the next session. I also believe in keeping it nice and simple, so no fancy exercises here.

But, to give at least some image of what I did when I PE'd:

5 min warmup in a shower + stretching to each direction (15-45 sec stretches)

15-20 minutes of wet jelqing.

During the last 5 minutes of the jelqing session, 2-5 30 sec holds between the jelqs

5 min warmdown in the shower + some careful stretching and massage
I did that three times a week, on m-w-f with weekends off.

During the jelqs I could feel when I've had enough when the tissue sort of "gave up", so I didn't watch the time and the length of my jelqing session varied from day to day. I didn't count the jelqs either. Extremely difficult to explain but You can notice the change if You pay attention when jelqing. That was, in my opinion, the point where the tissue was stretched to the max and anything beyond that would have been overtraining.

Before the next session the penis must feel fully healed. If it isn't fully healed then the previous session was too intense. That way, with time, I learned what's enough and what's overtraining.

If You do a routine every day, the intensity must be lower because of 50% less recovery time. So, in fact the m-w-f schedule isn't necessarily any lighter because the 48h recovery time makes using a bit more intensity possible.

Be careful with holds, and it is recommended to PE for at least 1-2 months before including them into the routine.

45 minutes of stretching in one go is too much.
30 mins of milking is fine if wet but you could damage your cock if that is dry. Remember for wet you need to use a lubricant (vaseline)
I notice no mention of warm ups....why. Just like any form of exercise warm-up is essential
