It is common practise to put a disclaimer on a website. Perhaps you should add a DISCLAIMER link to every page. Here's an example:
Disclaimer
The information contained in this post or thread and all other posts or threads is intended only for the person or persons to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material. Any views expressed in this message are those of the individual sender, except where the sender expressly, and with authority, states them to be the views of Cheeky Cherry Free Penis Enlargement Forums.
This disclaimer is to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use of the Cheeky Cherry Free Penis Enlargement Forums.
I have uploaded the disclaimer and the Terms of Use examples which are tailored for cheeky cherry.

I don't think internet disclaimers have much weight in court.

my approach to using a legal notice is that of following in the footsteps of the big companies such as microsoft and yahoo.
It may not hold in court, but the cost of putting it up is much lower than the risk that can be avoided by putting it up. So it could make sense to lower the chances of litigation. Besides disclaimers are definately effective deterrants.

Sorry, what I meant when I said deterrant is that it deters people from taking legal action.
The point of the legal notice is first and foremost to protect this site's owners from litigation. I don't think any piece of writing will, by itself, by sufficient to stop underraged people from visiting this site. I guess I should have made myself clearer. Apologies.

It's very obvious this site is for over 18's only, it says it on the entry pages and we say it all over in here - and ban quickly if evidence of underage posting is found. Not too worried about that side of things really.
Just to reiterate...
OVER 18'S ONLY!!!
