I've seen good gains with my current routine, which is basically stretch at various angles (including a few BTC stretchs) until I feel I've done a good workout... After the workout in the shower ususally, If I don't feel any soreness after resting for about a hour I tend to do some more stretching to make sure I was putting enough tension on my dick needed for growth when I sleep at night... I also try to balance out my food intake, and eat a good amount of vegetables, protien from meat, and some yogurt (anything I think sounds healthy basically). One great tip I've never seen anyone mention anywhere on PE boards is rub soap onto the head of your penis and your hands then completley wash all soap off your dick and hands until your dick and hands feel very dry where water won't affect your stretch.. then do a stretch with your hand or both and you will be able to hold your stretch with maximum tension for much longer because of the soap getting rid of all the oils on your hand which cause you to slip from your grip on your stretched penis.. you will ocasioanlly have to reapply the soap after a few stretchs...
Ok, I'm actually taking it easy today and giving myself at least a day of rest from PE so I can fully heal my ligaments which still have a slight burn/soreness whenever I press down on that area with my fingers. Yesterday I didn't have the greatest day in PE, it seemed like my dick sucked into my body more then usual. I thought this might be because of the weather because it was foggy and cold outside unlike it usally like it is today which is nice, sunny and cool. One thing that REALLY helped was the fact that I ended up masterbating later in the day then I was kinda depressed a little because I wanted things to keep moving foward in PE so I started to doing some jelqing as a expierement but I was only concentrating on intense stretching for length only. That night before bed I dry jelqed for about 45 mintiues striaght and resisted the urge to masterbate because of this 5 hour rule I hear (it was hard to do after a jelqing session :) ). Wouldn't you know not only am I now up a couple centimeters in flaccid, maybe erect too but I haven't measured, now though my dick is more girthy throughout the day. I know I need to keep jelqing to continue the girth gains and that is what I will do for a while now unless I hit a big plateu then its time to try some other technique that works... So I guess my point is sometime it helps if your flaccid dick is sucking into your body and you're disappointed, just try some jelqing if you don't do much of that. BTW I did quick dry jelqing for length gains about 1-2 seconds and this made my ligaments very sore as well as making my dick fat looking like we all want...
