I will try my best to explain these phases. I think it is important as beginners especially that you make sure you are going through the appropiate phase in comparison to where you are now.
PRE PE PHASE
This is a phase where you are just finding out about PE. Some people may be excited some may not be as much. It is important that you create a good state of mind towards PE early. Be positive and truly believe in PE. Keep motivated. Set some goals early, keep them realistic and realise that you may not see gains straight away. When you first find out about PE you will not yet know much about PE exercises and theories. It is important before you go to the next phase that you learn some of the basics of PE like the exercises you will do. Then after you do some research you can plan out your routine. Which should not be too intense. More about that in the next phase.
Summary
Set your state of mind (motivated towards goal, believe in PE)
Research about PE basics
Set goals
Find or plan a routine
PHASE ONE - BEGINNERS PHASE(The 1st Month, maybe less/more)
This starts from the first time you exercise. You know a little about PE because of the research you have done and now you are ready. You do the exercises. As you continue with the exercise routine you have planned you will study more and more about PE. You will become more educated in PE which will further prevent you from injury. If you haven't already research things like the signs of overworking (red spots). You must make sure not to do the exercises to intensely or have an intense routine. You must start small (50-100 jelqs) and work your way up. Never try advanced routines/exercises! While doing your routines you need to be really careful which can be hard for beginners. Make sure you are doing everthing right. While jelqing you may keep getting hard and find it hard to stop becoming erect, do not jelq erect! Just let it subside. Keep motivated and keep those goals in your mind. Especially while PEing. You may increase your routine of jelqs slightly more during this month or more. Only by 25-50 jelqs though! Keep realistic and do not be suprised if you do not gain. Physically you may see a bit more flaccid at least and maybe even some extra veins showing up which can make it look more 'beefy'. There are some lucky ones who will gain. This phase it is quite easy to give up.
Summary
Keep researching PE
Keep routine simple and small and stick to basic exercises
Keep realistic and motivated
May be hard not to stop becomming erect during jelqing
Increase the routine just a little after a couple of weeks or so.
May find flaccid penis more hanging and slightly fuller. Veins may appear.
Possible though very unlikely to see gains.
PHASE TWO - NORMAL PHASE (between around months 2-6 could be more/less)
This phase is after the beginner has learned a bit more about PE. Though the PEer knows a bit about PE he is not ready for intense sessions mainly because the penis would not be able to handle such punishment early on. Also because the person in this phase can still go to hard into PE though unlikely due to the reasearch done by the person. Keep with the basics. Gradually increase the number of jelqs. The max you should go to really is around 300-400 but this is up to you. Continue searching up on PE and find out more. Keep the goals on the mind and stay motivated. It is still rather easy for people to give up in this phase. Just keep realistic. Some may not even see gains after 5-7 months (I was one of those people). Though most will see gains in this phase. Mainly in erect length. More veins may show. While jelqing the penis should be getting more and more used to the jelq and stay at the right erect level. However it may end up be hard keeping it erect enough. You may have to find a way to keep stimulated. Don't be afraid to take a few weeks off during this stage and doing a little experimenting but keeping it within the basics.
Summary
Keep researching
Still stay away from advaned routines and exercises
Gradually increase routine by adding more jelqs
Stay motivated/realistic
Take a break maybe
Common to see gains
Hard keeping it up enough to jelq
PHASE THREE - ADVANCED PHASE (Around 8-9+ months)
The PEer knows all there is to know about PE (at least the stuff you need to know) though new stuff comes out daily and is best to keep updated. You may try experimenting with advanced routines and exercises as long as everthing about the exercise or routine is understood. While doing advanced routines be very careful. I recommend only going intense when you are at a platau you cannot break. During this phase you should see some lovely gains though for some it can take even more months to see some. It can be hard for people to lose motivation in this phase as they have been doing it so bloody long. Though it is possible so keep the goals clear and realistic. Keep motivated and don't give up! You still may have problems keeping it erect enough during jelqing or other exercises. Take regular breaks like every 2-4 months.
PHASE FOUR - THE RETIRED PHASE
This phase is when one has reached their gains and has decided to stop PE. Though I do not recommend just stopping like that. Maybe do a maintenence routine so you don't lose those gains or maybe just keep PEing but only lightly like once a week. Who knows? You may feel hungry for more and start PE again.
Note : The article may be a bit crappy and rushed. I am going to keep updating the phases. Please give feedback and maybe even some experience or additions.
