how often do you buy them? What do you reccomend ect?

I last bought some `gel Asics` a while ago- over a year I think, maybe 18 months.
Pretty good, ~Bobo`s reccomendation because I needed to do lots of running~.

How often you replace them depends on how often you use them... (you're probably aware of that).

Also on how big you are, how heavy of a runner.. etc.

Also on how much cash you have.. :wink:

Some of the best runners don't use any shoes at all.

It`s cool, you did fine. Just tired of lack of activity on cc.
I got mine about a year ago I found. I haven`t bought new ones due to lack of money.

Hey, I totally messed up the Goulash, I let it cook on too high a heat and stuff, potatoes didn`t work with it in the dish. It was an ok meal though. I tried paprika as is and I thought it`d be spicier or something, its ok though.

Yeah.. goulash is a 'low and slow' kinda meal.. cook it for long time at low temperature.. like it stew and tenderize.

There are a few different types of paprika. Sweet/hot, etc.. although I've never had any that scored very high on the scoville scale. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoville_scale)

If you want heat with the paprika taste.. use cayenne with the paprika. And I've always preferred pasta with goulash, egg noodles in particular (if you can't score any spatzle), rather than spuds.

Boom! Theyre my trainers except mine are plain white and have velcro instead of laces cos i cant tie a bow :puke:

Look wicked but not sports shoes, i have a pair of Nike running shoes to play sport and shit in.
