for you guys who have been successful with PE, what is your penis like after an excercise session? mine is notably fuller for a few minutes, after the warm down its just a little heavier than usual, and then usually it just goes back the the normal flacid size, somtimes even feeling constricted like after ejaculation (i dont ejaculate, however). i wonder if positive results have accompanied these conditions for anyone. also other than a general increase in hardness, after PEing for a while did anyone notice on the top of the penis at the base two ridge-like things that go into the shaft? its nothing too dramatic, i know its now an injury, but is it a sign of imporvement? in addition to this ive noticed that my erections seem to be hard all the way into my pubic area, like they go into my body and are completly rigid. any guesses?

Same happens to me with the flaccidness and ive seen flaccid gains over time, and harder erections can hardly be a bad thing IMO.

that's one thing i've never been able to tell...

my erections have always been solid...

but then again... i never added kegals to my routine until now... so i may be in for a surprise.

yea im the same way, never hard an erection problem, but now i kindof do, course its one where it sometimes hurts a little its so hard. dont know if its the kegels or the jelqing, i think both, but something has been working. also ive kindof layed off the kegels a little, having one day lighter than the other and then just doing them several times throughout the day, and have found that im waking up with erections almost every day. this leads me to believe that the best kegel and jelqing routine is a light/moderate excercise 5 times per week

I also had this ridge-like things which appeared from the rim of my glans going into the shaft. It's indeed caused by the tightness of the grip, therefore it's an injury. I did a little research and came into the conclusion that those ridge-like crests are in fact parts of the autonomic nerves which swells as a result of the continuous strain applied for the exercise of penis enlargement (in my case, I was tightening the grip a little too much at the time).

After a long break from PE I noticed that it desappeared completely. Those crests didn't prevent me from gaining 1" but I believe that I could have had better results if didn't overdo my exercises. I don't think it's a sign of improvement, it's sign that something is not quite right and care should be taken to prevent this from happening again.

thanks zw, i think we may be talking about different things here. mine are at the base of the base and go up the shaft, making like a v. they seem to be just really defined features of the erection, ive noticed they come with the improved hardness

How would you suggest to prevent this injury?

(I think I may have the same thing.)

Wouldn't that be an artery which may look like an injury? I have an artery which appears right at the base (top side), I've never really noticed it before PE but now it's quite prominent and (hard?)... anyway I spent few weeks scrutinizing it but now I'm pretty sure it's an artery. It's amazing how veins and arteries pop out once you're well into PE'ing.

The only way to prevent it is to have a long(ish) brake and re-start easy on the grip.

it could well be an artery zw. ive seen it something like this before, very defined on some of the models on the more prominate PE sites. I do think its a positive thing, i h ave expierienced a similar effect on the bottom of my penis, starting at the very base a more difined ridge like (more filled/defined chambers perhaps?).

Yeh I think I'll either take a brwak or really tone down my routine and routine days. I am hapy with my length stat and kinda content with my girth. Sometimes it seems as though I have that injury and at others it doesn't. So I'll tone things down just to make sure. Thanks for the advice.
