PENIS ENLARGEMENT

So after an absence of a dozen lightyears, I have decided to give it another go. A month ago I started a serious Weigh Lifting routine combined with some healthy cooking. But with all these muscle increase my dick is bound to look smaller so I decided to give him some healthy exercise too.

I started climbing the tree in October 2003. In a period of 6 months I moved steadily from branch to branch, climbing higher and higher.
About half-way I accidently slipped and fell to the earth again.
On my way down I was able to grasp a branch that was about half-way of the distance I had travelled so far. And thats where I stand at the moment.

STARTING STATS

Date: 20-4-2005

EL: 15.2 cm - 6"

EG: 11.8 cm - 4.6"

MEASUREMENT 1:

Date: 8-5-2005

EL: 16.0 cm - 6.3"

EG: 12.4 cm - 4.9"

That's wierd Valk..So did i actually i want out and bought some weights and i have to tell you i'am already seeing form/muscle but i am also on a low fat/low carb/high protine diet so now i'am starting to add alittle more fat/carb to my diet i wanted to lose the unwanted 'fat first so will see what takes place in another month.. :cool :mrgreen

Valk

Just make sure you eat alot of protein, I think thats really important. I'm even considering buying some protein powder.
How many weights have you bought? Its always best to buy a couple of light (about 2 lbs) plates too. So you can increase the weights on a weekly basis. Training with a 20 pound dumbell for a year wont do anything. You need to increase the weight on a consistent basis.

I bought 40 pounds weights, for curls probably next week or two i will go buy more i'am already curling the 40 pounds with one arm 50 to 75 curl's aday with each arm so i will buy another 40 pounds giving me 80 pounds to curl well it may take alittle while to be curling 80 pounds with one arm i do about 100 sit ups aday if not more hope to be up to 200 soon i don't have a bench so i have been doing push ups about 75 to 100 aday for now and i've also been doing about 100 leg bends aday so i guess i can say i'am on my way to a better me.. :mrgreen

50 Curls a day isnt necessary. Ultimate rep range is between 8 and 12 reps. Doing 50 curls a day wont make your biceps larger. Between 8 and 12 reps takes less time and is alot more beneficial. Now isnt that lovely!

Well i do them curls in about 5 if not more set aday each set is about 11 to 15 curls and trust me once i get to the 12 mark curling 40 pounds with one arm Dam it get freaking hard as shit but i want to add some more so i can only curl about 8 to 10 curls a set so i will have to go and buy some more weights, :cool

If you're lanky, creatine will bulk you up. It makes the muscles hold more water so you look stronger and bigger without actually being either of the two.

Valk
19th April 2005, 12:03 AM
Nah, I wont start with that crap. The protein powder is only for post-workout the get some fast protein. I'm in no hurry. No need for an ultra bulking cycle that will double my fat percentage.

Whey extract is really good and isn't that expensive. It is very very high in protein. Ofcourse the protein powder tsastes better, but it costs much more!!

Valk

wern

Protein powder, like extacy, is a cocktail of lots of stuff some of which is totally irrelevant. WOULD YOU TAKE EXTACY!???!!? I think I have made a good point with the comparison here.

Trying to trick me into doing your research for you eh? If you were a thai transexual chick I'd he-bitch slap you back to Bangkok but because you aren't a dirty trick here is some quick info:

Different types of protein:
http://www.myopure.com.au/Protein.html

The menu on the left shows the sources you can get protein concentrates from.

Versus this text from the Whey Protein Institute (http://www.wheyoflife.org/):

What is whey protein? Whey protein is a pure, natural, high quality protein from cow's milk. It is a rich source of the essential amino acids needed on a daily basis by the body. In its purest form, as whey protein isolate, it contains little to no fat, lactose or cholesterol.

Whey protein is an excellent protein choice for individuals of all ages. It provides a number of benefits in areas including sports nutrition, weight management, immune support, bone health, and general wellness. New information on the health benefits of whey protein continues to become available as researchers discover new applications for both whey protein and its unique individual protein components.

We invite you to explore the Whey Protein Institute website for detailed facts and information on whey protein and how to incorporate it into your diet.

Thats just protein powder, just as I was talking about.

Ed
19th April 2005, 01:31 AM
I've added soy protein powder to my diet, which is the Zone diet. It tastes good, and is cheaper. Whey powder is often outrageously expensive and often is mixed with other ingredients (which may or may not be what you are interested in taking). By the way, check out the Zone diet. It recommends eating protein, fat and carbs in a certain ratio as opposed to eliminating fat and carbs. Makes much more sense to me.

These sites are hardcore though. When you buy supermarket-shelf grade protein powder you get the concoction of crap I was referring to earlier. Or you can go around to your health store/body building outlet/etc and get advice from them. Probably the way to go as us here at CC don't know much about muscle building, only about the art of cell breakdown and regrowth as a process involved in the enlargement of certain organs.

I buy cans of chicken in Water 0 fat 0 carbs very high in protine it's a 5 oz can the whole can has about 38g of protine in it and sometimes i may eat two cans at a time giving me 76g at a time and chicken is good.. :cool

Finger licking good that is. heheh!

Don't eat that yum,yum fried chicken.

wern
19th April 2005, 12:08 PM
chicken itself contains fat. If you want protein without fat or carbs either get turkey, or low fat ham or pastrami slices.

My preference for low fat high protein though is anned tuna. You can get tuna in springwater which has 1% fat and 25% protein. Doesn't taste that great though so you add it to low fat cottage cheese and some salad and there you have it, a full healthy and high in protein meal.

Valk
19th April 2005, 12:10 PM
But you cant keep slurping canned tuna all year long. Variation is the key and besides, a low fat diet isnt very healthy too.

wern
19th April 2005, 12:17 PM
True. I am on the weight watchers diet. It is supposed to be the healthiest one around according to a doctor I spoke to who told me he read it in a medical journal (sorry guys I don't have any references as he didn't remember the journal's name/edition).

But I have canned tuna and ham/turkey/pastrami slices for a low fat high protein meal to eat when I am recovering from exercise. That's the only reason I eat those sort of meals. You shouldn't cut out anything from your food intake. Just keep everything in moderation. :D

5oz is 141grams, so what exactly is the missing 103grams if only 38 is protein?
Bones? Water? Fat? Gibblets? Feathers? Reconstitued Chicken Parts?

see, the diagram shows that tuna and turkey are the best if you use the ratio of protein to fat for the purpose of comparison:

Ie for every 1 gram of fat you get:

g of protein p/1g fat
Chicken: 6.9
Turkey breast; 9.2
Tuna: 26
Turkey ground extra lean: 28

Spike
19th April 2005, 11:22 PM
Nope. Decided they were a complete waste of money. You only need supplements if you have some sort of deficeit.

L-Argenine is OK for a good nights sleep.

wern
19th April 2005, 11:30 PM
Non fat cottage cheese.

I've got one better: skim milk. you can get skim milk with added protein.

in 100ml: 3.5g protein per .1 gram fat which is 35g per 1g fat
So if you are cool with drinking a litre of skim milk go for it. It is actually the best thing to consume right after exercise as it is absorbed really quickly by the body with minimal digestive muscle activity.

Valk, dont go overboard on protein, the average rule of thumb is 1gram per pound of bodyweight, so at 73? kg that makes you about 162-163lbs, so aiming for 160gm protein a day is good. carbs are neccesary for any kind of muscle, but can vary from 2-4 grams per pound of bodyweight.
can be all very confusing :?

The last two weeks I did some stretching in the shower but from now on I will do a full routine. Yesterday was my first session and it felt great.

My routine is:

Warm-up
Light stretching in every direction
Heavy stretching in every direction
Waterwell Stretches
Jelqing for 20 minutes
Holds
Warm-down

The holds are mostly targeted holds at the upper part of the shaft because that place needs some girth.

Posted: Mon Jan 12, 2004 9:01 pm Post subject: Fabio's Fabulous Progress Report

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey you CC guys. I'm Valkchirurg but you also can call me Valk, Mr. Chirurg or Fabio

A couple years ago I found a free PE guide on the net. I thought I was extremely lucky that I found a FREE guide.
At that time I was 16/17 years old and didn't have the motivation to start PE'ing. So I never did anything with that guide.

A couple months ago I knew it was time to undertake some serious action.
Only, I couldn't find the free guide anymore! Oh no, I thought. Now I'm gonna have to pay for something that I'm not even sure of if it works or not.
Fortunately, with some searching, I found out that there were much more free PE guides on the web.
One thing led to another and I found CC.

Starting Stats October 2003:

EL: 5.6"
EG: unknown

Valk
8th September 2005, 03:11 PM
Yeah, but that 5.6" wasnt bone-pressed. It was some weird way of measuring that I used. So I think its more like 5.8" or something.
AAAHHHH!!! I had so much potential but I screwed up big time. I get that alot. :x

we cant do nuthin bout the past dude. your place is in the present.

what made you get a lot of foreskin? how did you jelq? foreskin covering or what? (im getting a lot of puffy skin from jelqs and its pissing me off- seems to be permanent. i wouldnt mind but i dont need it)

Valk
8th September 2005, 05:47 PM
The foreskin was covering the head when I jelqed.

Now I pull my foreskin back and pull back the skin at the base of the penis with my free hand.

What is your technique?

soserious
8th September 2005, 05:52 PM
same as yours was- leaving everything as normal.
isnt it tricky doing it the new way?

Valk
8th September 2005, 06:01 PM
Yes, its a bit more trickier the way I do it now. I still havent perfected the technique yet. I dont alternate between hands now. My right hand holds the base and my left hand is jelqing.

Anthrax
8th September 2005, 06:07 PM
I tried something like that before, even though I'm cut... You get a better pump for the jelq, however, the base hand takes up too much space... You end up losing some of the jelq...

soserious

yes, thats a concern but not quite as concerning as the skin getting swollen permanently- cut or uncut it can happen. you can get a "donut" if your cut.
hmm.
i might try that technique soon.

Its a bit of a compromise. I know one thing and that is that I dont want my foreskin to get any longer. (relatively)

Some frustrations there, Wern?

:x :x :x

It's not that my routine isn't working, it's just that I have been in almost constant injury (not nececessarily penis related) for the last few months. But I had a good session yesterday and on the weekend (having just almost fully recovered from my snowboarding injury). :x

Valk
8th September 2005, 11:41 PM
Remember to take it easy with your quest to the 7 x 5. You have overworked your penis a couple of times already, so dont become impatient.

But you're a smart man and can think for yourself.

EL: 6.5" (16.5 cm)
EG: 4.9 (12.4 cm)

I underestimated my girth. Its actually 4.9" (12.4 cm) instead or 4.8"

Anyway, I have had 3 sessions so far and each session has been better and more quality then the one before. I'm trying to perfect my jelqing technique and I'm getting close. Pulling back the foreskin with my free hand and still being able to get close enough to the base with my free hand takes some experimenting. Also, giving a slight tug at the end of the jelq without buncing up the foreskin can be called an art, but I'm getting there.
I'm highly motivated and actually have started to enjoy this.

Date: 17-9-2005
BPEL: 6.7" (17.0 cm)

YAY!!!

I can't believe my eyes... that's some great news. Congrats Valk. :D

I still remember one of your last posts in your old diary. That was after some time of no PE'ing at all.

Good on you Sir. :cool

Thanks for the encouragement. :D

Although I'm happy that I'm gaining, I wont settle for anything less then 7.5" NON BONE PRESSED. My difference between BPEL and EL is 0.7" (which I find odd for a skinny guy like me) so I still need 1.5" to get to my goal.

zwmusic
20th September 2005, 12:35 PM
I agree with the NON BONE PRESSED. I just don't see much use really. Tracking gains? Maybe but I dunno about that. I trust my tape measurer and my eyes.

I'm 7.7" NBP. Since I started PE'ing I ONLY measured NBP. At least it means that I'm above 8" BP now but I will stick to NBP for my books... ALWAYS.

Valk
20th September 2005, 01:57 PM
Well, lets say you PE'ed for a couple of years. Your fat percentage may change alot during that time. So thats why people use Bone Pressed.

But I already decided to keep track of both Non Bone Pressed and Bone Pressed, so that I can easily see if my Non Bone Pressed gains are legit or that they are caused by a decrease of the fat pad.

Sigh...I'm only 6" Non Bone Pressed. Yes, I feel small again.

Hey! No shouting in my diary. Its a solemn and holy place to praise the great Penis Lord.

On a side note, I have decided to do all my measurements non bone pressed from not one. Because my fat percentage doesnt change at all bone pressed isnt really necessary. Bone pressed doesnt represent the real penis size and its also easier to cheat with bone pressed measurement (my pressing harder into the public bone)

zwmusic
27th September 2005, 08:48 PM

zwmusic
27th September 2005, 08:55 PM
Yup. 19.5 to be exact (according to the last measurement). I think I'll really stop when I reach 22cm. That's more than I'd ever imagined for myself.

Well, it took alot of imagination but after 5 minutes Bobo's face got me nice and hard and I could measure.

NBEL: 160 mm (6.3")

and bone pressed was a little over 17 cm. I'll measuring non bone pressed because I got very little fat down there and my weight doesnt fluctuate very much so my measurements will be the size of my actual dick.
