Can somebody give me tips and ruteans about penis enlargement exersizes please!

I'm 14
Started puberty a year ago
Penis is quite small
Desperate!!

At 14 I wouldn't have gone onto a public forum and told 'the world' I have a small penis and that I just hit puberty.I know no one knows who you are etc, but 14 year olds wouldn't think that way. Of course when I was 14 the internet = mIRC

Did you know that in the middle east, people started jelqing once they had started puberty, so I think it is a perfect time to be asking

True but back then people also had their hands cut off for stealing and their wangs cut off for adultery. I think our current 'legal' system (involving the 'incapacity' of minors to make decisions) is better.

I was 6inches at 14. I was also very short, about 5 foot. So I wouldn't have been thinking about this sorta thing.

Wow, is that true about the middle east? I would be afraid that if I were in puberty that the jelqing might mess something up. Oh well I think I am mostly done with puberty I guess being 18.
Did anyone here figure out how old they were when they stopped growing?
