I am considering trying to water bottle stretch but dont fully understand everything about it. 1st of all how big shoudl the bottle be. I have 1 gallon which i think its a little less then a 4L bottle. Also im just holding it for 10 minutes correct?

lol read that thread over and over again the part i was concerned about was the weight. He stated he used 10 pounds but he has done it for a while. I had something 6 pounds and it felt heavy and i wasnt sure where to start

Why not just use your right hand to pull, and apply a downward pressue with your left ? Then theres no picking of weights, just apply until it feels stretched enough.

It doesn't hurt. 10 lbs isn't really alot.. especially if you keep the weight close to your body, resting against your pubic bone.

I sit similar to Ownds pic..

And the waterbottle is hanging just slightly above my feet. I can arch up my feet, and take the weight completely off the wang.

Just make sure you have a good wrap around the handle.

The danger I see is dropping it suddenly, or loosing your dick grip.. and having the handle of the bottle scrape your dink as the bottle falls.

Doesn't hurt. But if you're worried, fill the bottle halfway.. or 1/4, whatever.. and work up.

I wear a nylon sock around my dink while doing this as well.. protects a little, and adds to the grip (no moisture).

I also like wearing women's clothing.

I have problems with grip too, usually cant do more than 2-3 mins without have to regrip but not a problem. I started with 2.3kg, im now using 10 and having no problems so far.

Node the reason i prefer to do this than a v stretch (which is what you were referring to) is because this applies a constant pull (rather than my hand getting tired towards the second half of 10 mins and my stretching not being consistant and also, i can check my progress each time i add a new weight

You might also want to look into the rice sock warmer. A dry warmup device.. works great.

truthfully i do a huge warmup then do 5 ways stretches for only a few minutes and dont think im gonna even warm up twice like that. I only did it because that water bottle just looked huge and in my eyes said danger all over it lol.
