Hey guys in me progress diary doing somewhat of an experiment trying to rate the factors outside the actual workout that may impact on gains.
Think the only factor i havent included is the various supplements people use.
I'm struggling for funds so was hoping you guys could give me a heads up for some good quality supplements that are also cheap. Thinking arginine and zinc and possibly that other one ornithine or sumthing??
ne hot tips would be appreciated!!!
cheers

I take L-Arginine + L-Orithine, haven't seen much noticable results though. I think natural foods are the best, plenty of rest, excercise and that should do ya. Best supplement I can reccomend is the ones you already stated.

Dude, if you're struggling for funds.. leave the supplements alone.

I won't say that they don't help, but you certainly don't need them. I would only recommend them if you have some cash to piss away.

I would agree. The absolute most important thing is being consistent with your workouts.

People ask about suppliments and when to pe and whether or not to masturbate, and what foods to eat, etc etc, then skip workouts here there and everywhere, and give up after a month.

Just make sure that you PE well and consistently. If you start to think about expensive suppliments as being important, then not being able to afford them might just become another reason to quit PE.

I took suppliments when i first started PEing because I thought it would help me gain faster. I only lasted a couple of months and gained nothing.

All of my gains have come without suppliments with just consistent dedicated PEing.

suppliments are just that, "suppliments". they can help suppliment ones own hard work and consistency. coming from bodybuilding forums its apparent that most people want the "quick way" to gains of any sort. noone wants to put in the work. unfortunately thats not how things go. you need a solid routine, good nutrition, rest, and consistency before suppliments will do a damn thing for you, in bodybuilding, PEing, and anything else.

Someone mention ages ago that a good cardio routine would help. I didn't really take it seriously then but since I've been using kettlebells (which are very heavy on cardio) I have noticed a good improvement. No substitute for kegels, but a good run or something else certainly won't hurt.

Hi guys, well I'm experimenting with supplements rigth now. True, there will be no results on lenght but just that alone. But I think there is a point on taking supplements too.

For example we might not get enought of the amino acid l-arginine, so take some just to make sure...

Mutivitamines are as important, but of course more important consistency with your PE exercises. I never skip a session. :)

yeh guys i agree completely, i havent missed a session yet in my nearly 2 month return. I guess the main reason im considering it is for more of a scientific viewpoint that I've recorded my gains and my workout without supplements and then perhaps with supplements. Also sometimes have the feeling that my cock hasn't fully repaired from the last workout, yet im so pedantic about my consistency that I would hate to miss a session. In saying that i may decide to give my next workout a miss due to a mishap during my workout today.
I have the feeling though that supplements may have a part in maximising your gains however as has been said performing the routines consistently and correctly is most important.
So ne hot tips?
As id still like to give the supplements a crack as I'm aware there no good unless your giving your cock a good ol' workout.
cheers

There used to be a thread about suppliments somewhere. I'll have a dig around and see if I can find it.

Yep, was a link in the beginners guide to a thread on the old CC.

Here it is (http://www.cheekycherry.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6072&highlight=larginine)

It talks about arg and orth, and i think some other suppliments later on. However, I've researched l-arginine myself and have found a lot to dispute it actually helping with gains.

When I took it I definitely noticed an increase in ejaculation load, but other than that I don't think I noticed anything. Take a read anyway, it's as good a place as any to start.

I take a multi-vitiman but other then that I try to leave everything else alone.

Supplements are suppose to do just that... Supplement. I agree that they DO work however once you stop taking them your results go away.

So For anyone that does not compete or professionally models. I suggest artifically putting un-natural supplements in you.
