Greetings. I'm new to CheekyCherry and to PE in general. Once you see my size, the reason I am interested in PE will be quite obvious :puke:
So heres the deal...Currently I am 19 and I have a goal I want to meet by my 21st birthday in 1.5 years. Here are my current measurements:
EL 4.5"
EG 5"
FL 2"
FG 3"
As you can tell, this is very embarrassing when it comes to girls and sex and even changing in the locker room (and i'm of Italian descent).
So my goal is to try and reach 6" EL, 6" EG, 4" FL, 5" FG by my 21st birthday. Having read through some of the beginner guides, here is what I came up with, please let me know if this is good, bad, or what:
I will be doing this one (1) day on, one (1) day off alternating (M-W-F-Sun-Tue, etc) :
Warm Up
Stretches
Heli Shakes
Stretches
Dry Jelq
Heli Shakes
Wet Jelq
Heli Shake
Stretch
Massage
Warm Down
I will slowly build in reps. I also saw something called holds for girth, but that seems advanced.
Sorry for this long post :roll: , but I have something else I want to ask...My penis is very sensitive, just touching it to urinate can get it erect. I've had sex quite a few times and each time I pre-maturly ejaculate (within 3-5min) and then I go soft...sux for the woman, and when I want to keep going too :lol: Is there a way to correct over-sensitivity and pre-mature ejaculation without having to masturbate before sex (which I've done a few times)?

Goodluck and wellcome to CC, looks like our stats are pretty similar. Btw is your EL bone press? Pushing the ruler into your pubic bone to exclude the fat etc? Anyway goodluck.

A few months of PE should fix that.

Your penis grows during the healing phase, not while you're actually doing the exercises. The phrase "less is more" refers to allowing enough time for healing so that you do not "overtrain" your penis.

Also mostly people, if they stop gaining, increase the amount that they are doing. But "less is more" reminds us that sometimes decreasing the amount you're doing, if you do quite a lot, might be what you need to start gaining again.

Your routine looks pretty rough for just starting. I would go with Thoughtpro's newbie routine (because I did) it's fast and will work for the first couple of months.
As for the premature ejaculation.... the kegals you will be doing in PE can be used to stop or slow orgasm. Another thing you can do is pull out for a sec, whack your penis on her ass or hit it and you will lose sensitivity for a little bit. Porn actors do this sometimes for that reason, I have done it as well and if your girl likes it rough... go for the dickslap. ;p

I have premature ejac some times too. Firstly dont worry, anxiety is what brings it on mostly. I think its mainly psycological as im sure an hour before can have no effect however what i do is; if im seeing my gf tonight ill j/o before i see her. Then i have it set in my mind that now ive already came once tonight, the second times takes alot longer, and away i go. Usually works for me :mrgreen . Also been adding in the kegels alot more now as ive found my PONR (point of no return) however still not strong enough to kegel it off.

I would leave it at M-W-F with weekends off to allow time for healing.

One word.... Kegel.
Kegel till you cant kegel no more. I had similar problems with sensitivity before I started PE and thankfully it's getting much better. I've found that kegelling and PE makes you more aware of your arousal process and thus gives you an element of control that you simply dont get by leaving nature to do its thing. I used to get hard way before any girl ever touched me but within 2 months I'm at the point where my fiance can play for ages. Sure I still get hard (it fades and returns), but not to the point where I've come before I get near entering her. Still a work in progress but at least you know there's hope. :D
