Does it matter where you squeeze when doing kegels? I have a tendency not to squeeze very much of it because it is kind of hard for me to actually feel it. Can I squeeze it anywhere as long as I'm doing them?

Depends what you mean by squeezing. I've been doing PE excersizes for about almost 2 months now, and in the beginning I too was confused of how I would go about performing a correct kegel... The solution I came up with is just practice flexing that muscle where you feel a tugback on your cock when you flex your pc muscle (the dick kind of gets sucked into your body it feels like)... You don't need to squeeze the skin area between the anus and your balls to do a correct kegel if thatxs what you mean... Just use your intuition and keep flexing your pc muscle a bunch of times (for 1-2 seconds) until you feel a little soreness down there and then you know growth will be made after you rest or sleep (sometimes throw in a couple long kegels, try to kegel for a longer time if possible). I'll tell you after kegeling for a while now I can see a BIG difference in my masterbation sessions, heh (not working on a girl at the moment).
About the effects of kegeling. I now have so much more control over when I want to ejaculate, much harder erections, and much more cum pumping out. Do NOT skip on this important excersize when you begin PE. It will make a huge difference in your sex life! When you develop your basic PC muscle. You can actually control whether you flex the basic PC muscle you are talking about.. and I found there seems to be another PC muscle around the cock area right below the cock and its not the ass flexing muscles but those are good for making firm ass cheeks that women tend to love...

wait a sec... in kegels we're not suppose to squeeze with our hand; we're only suppose to flex? I've been doing them wrong

But sometimes it does feel that you can flex a different part of the PC muscle. It is subtle but has anyone else noticed a slight variation in where they pinpoint their kegels?

Like I said above, I'm starting to believe there is two different ways to kegel. Once you get enough control through normal kegels you can begin to feel that you have control over flexing another muscle right below your balls, not your anus flexing muscle, right above that... and then for a normal kegel you know that the flex occurs right in the penile area (you feel it there). Heh so I'm just working both parts these days since I don't know if the other muscle below the balls is important towards sexual function. It couldn't hurt to strengthen it. :)

You don't have to feel stupid at all, we all have to learn sometime... Just keep at it, don't give up, and sometimes when you get more experiecned through time in PE try new things in PE as long as you educate yourself enough about the the male sexual organs through the web etc so you don't hurt yourself... I'm just working both parts these days
Sometimes it feels like a "rolling kegel" where the tension starts near the anus and moves forward towards the balls. In my mind, it feels like a complete workout of the muscle.

nah man. just try to stop peeing. flex your kegel to stop peeing. and once you can start to feel it you can go from there when you are sitting around and focus on trying to feel the kegel flexing. that is how i learned.

I always used knackers as another terms for balls. Or by saying, 'im knackered!' which roughyl translated means....
'im a muscle between my balls and arse!' rather than 'im tired!'

try it sitting on the can. you kno when u tense ur arse and ur dick ind of rises up a little and ur piss stops?? that's a kegel
Or even better lack back hold your dick ... uplike a mild mild stretch and the try to tense ur asshole and if you feel a TUG that's kegel.

Or, stick your finger in your ass and push around until you feel an embossed part and it will be in the shape of "PC". Then all you have to do is keep pushing on it and it will make it strong. Or, if you are blind, it will be in braille instead of being raised up.

I bet this squeezing dilemma originates from the fact that when ones PC-muscle is very weak it is difficult to know if one is flexing it or not, and pushing it with Your finger it is easy to feel if the muscle is working or not.
