Hey guys just wondering if anyone of yous stretched after jelqing?
What effect do you think this has on the cells which have just been broken down? Do you reckon it may cause the repaired cells to increase in length more so than girth?
interested to hear its effects, personally i reckon i'd struggle to stretch after jelqing penis feels to sensitive for me:P

Not only do I do manual stretches after jelqs, I strap into the stretcher and crank it out to max exension.

I stretch alot, when privacy permits. (euphamism for just wanting to caress my weiner.) :cheeky:

You should streatch after jelqs. After the cells getting ripped apart they contract to heal. This over a long period of time can cause a shortening so your effectively losing the potential gains. I read up on this after reading an article on the wall in my gym. The cool down streatches are just as important as the jelq.

Make sure you squeeze the blood out of the head before you do these or you will probably get tiny bruises all over it.

ahhh damn so I've been missing out on gains cos i havent been stretching after the jelqs:shock: how many stretches do you guys normally do?

Not only do i stretch after jelqs, i stretch when i pee and any other time i can get my hands on my dick

You havent necessarily being missing out as it were but streatches are definitely the basis for gains. I PE everyother day unless i went overboard with jelqs and i have blood spots all over my cock then i give it a day extra off.

On days i do 3 sets of 5 steatches (up down out A-streatch V-streatch for 30 seconds each but im now bumping that up to 1 minute for the last set) i then do 300 jelqs. 50 each hand per set for 3 sets = 300. Once again if i havent gone over the top ill do a few holds for 30 seconds. Probably only 3 or 4. I then let all the blood drain out and do a further 2 sets of streatches.
