Quicktime ( Apple ) Rip Off

Just been to try and download Quicktime Pro ($29.99 =£16.76 at todays rate)
when I clicked on the UK to buy it, it shoots upto £25 = $44.72.
Couldn't believe it, what a rip off and its a bloody download.

Had to vent my spleen somewhere so here was as good a place as any! :evil:

I prefer Quicktime over WMP any old day of the week. Microsoft can't stream video to save their rich lives.

Why you'd want to purchase it, other to encode your own Quicktime movies, I don't know.

Wanted the full version because I found a site that showed movies in a quicktime window & if you have the pro version you can save the streaming vids to your pc.
Just did a search for Quicktime cracks and now have the full version and the vids I wanted :-)

The free version saves the streaming files too. You only have to know were to look.
