I don't understand what the deal is with these rep points. A while ago, I had 30 points, which I imagine is default. Now I just checked and I'm down to 28. Did I piss anyone off or something? I'm sorry if I did!

Could you guys explain to me how the rep works? I've just checked mine and it just says I received 3 reps, but it doesn't say whether it's good or bad.
