View Full Version : Do any of you guys try fast jelqs?

I just saw the video on wet jelqs and I have to say I never seen that fast of jelqing. His jelqs are probably the 1.5-2 sec. on average.

Now on your wet jelq guide you guys instruct that the jelqs should last 3-4 seconds which is the standard way that it is done on every other forum. I have been jelqing using the 5 sec. ones so I want to ask if anyone has better results with the 2 sec. quick ones? Does it make a difference?

The longer your jelq takes the more impact it has on girth rather than length and vice-a-vera.

Yes thats all i do is fast jelgs 1 second jelgs for me. :cool

Its best to switch things up on a regular bases. Maybe even within the same workout.

The key for good results IMO is variation. Never get stuck in only one way of doing your exercises.

If I jelq too fast it is too stimulating. Fast jelq= wank.

for the most part i try to do slower jelqs. but sometimes if i am in a rush i will speed up my jelqs. nothing like jerking speed, but faster.

I really need to slow my jelqs down then I am looking for girth and I probably do about 2 second jelqs, I'll go to like 5 seconds it's just harder to maintain my erection when I do slow.

I find a slower jelq increases the erection as a workout goes on, i suppose its because you'll build up the amount of blood in there.
Fast jelqs are great for length im sure, but its risky too go too fast because your workout wont take much effect.
If you really try to do 5 sec jelqs the rate has to be really really slow. I think these are the most effective. Just like any muscle stretch you really don't get true and maximum effect if you go too quick.

I think this is an excelent topic! Even though I've seen that chart that connects speed to girth/length I had forgotten it and I think that most people don't pay due attention to this!

When I do Jelqs, I tend to do different speeds in sets of 50.
I do 300 jelq, but tend to lose my erection quality by the time I get to 50, so I take that opertunity to do a few helis, then get the blood back into my penis, total time maybe 30-40 seconds, I then do my next 50.
I will do 50 at say 5 seconds, then the next 50 may be at 2 seconds. I never do them quicker then 2 seconds or longer then maybe 6 seconds. But each set is different from the set before.

I tend to jelq at a two to three second pace but evry now and again I will mis in a couple of quicker ones.
