Ive been at it about a month.. not really intense work outs.. basicly doing the noob routine and ive gained atleast an inch of flaccid length which is good.. its basicly what i started to do PE for but i have only gained about 1/4th an inch of erect size. Its this normal? or does it take some time for the erect size to grow? Just wondering. Thanks for any Input.

1" flaccid gain in one month... that's awesome. Well done.

Flaccid gains are always followed by erect gains, this will come a bit later but so far you're doing great Saske. Good job there mate. :cool

Thanks. I Wasnt sure if i was doing something wrong that pertained to the erect gains but judging by that i should gain abit in erect length right? Nice. Thanks for the info!

1/4 inch errect gain in one month is very good. A lot of people don't gain at all for a few months after starting.

Well, I'd encourage you to check again to make sure you aren't measuring incorrectly the next time you masturbate...but it IS possible to gain that much in the first month. I gained .2" my first month, so that's pretty close.

I can't seem to get flaccid length at all, but apparently it is common to get more flaccid size before erect.

I have been at it for 6 weeks. I gained about 1/4 inch in one month. I get it that thats normal. Keep the newbie routine for at least 2 months before changing to something else or until you hit the plateau. Congrats on your gains.

Can you explain why flaccid gains are always followed by erect gains?

Because flaccid gains shows that the tissue has been stretched enough to accommodate more blood. But it's not as simple as that. For you to see real erect gains the tissue has to be properly healed. What I mean by that is: when the body is healing it's in fact building more layers of tissue to withstand the new "set up", as it were, and those layers are all round the penis. Your penis doesn't only grow in length, it grows in volume, which is three-dimentional (expressed in cubic units). Therefore, although you notice more flaccid length, the volume of the chambers will also increase, but at a lower ratio. Does that make sense?

Ok I get it. Great, I just finished my first month of PE and I have seen substancial gains on flacid state, like 1 inch. BUT I havent gain as much in lenght even thus I have done streches all the this time. My thinking was: If I gain 1 inch flacid, then I gain 1 inch on length too. But I guess is not like that.

So the question is -- How long will you see some results or gains on length after the flacid gains ?

Let me mention that erect gains takes time. You may see gains for the first three months. There will/may be a period of slowing down or no gains. Thats called hitting the plateau. What this requires is changing the routine or going onto a break like for one month/week etc. Really you will learn as u go along. There are individuals i have read about who saw good gains and otheres who just cant get anywhere. Be proud of your 1/4 '' gain and continue with current routine.
