Hello To All,
Living in So.Cal right now will move to Japan Sept. '05
Started PE March 30, 2005. I think i'll wait 2 or 3 months before new mesurements.
I will be doing PE only, no pills or weights. And a positive outlook.
EL- 8==D~ 5.75"
Girth- O~ ~ 4.5"
My Goal ? :idea: hummmm How about 7.5" to 8" EL & 6+" EG
then i'll change my ID to "HappyX3":wink:

Thank's for the welcome guys.
My routine is: Warm up & strech in the shower 10-15 minutes. More streching while brushing my teeth, a good 5 minutes. then to bed.
DRY Jelqs, I don't count but will do them for 15-20 minutes.
I will also squeze hard at the base & middle while doing Kegel flex to keep from getting to hard. (this helps me stay about 60 to 80%)
Cool down with "warm" washcloth wrap.
Oh and i'm doing 1 day on & 1 off
My bigest problem is about half the time when after this i want to give myself a "Good Pull":wink:

No wet jelqs? id advise them over dry ones unless you want girth real bad. In which case id still chuck in some wet jelqs as they form the main part to most routines.

You need wet jelqs!! Dry jelqs come a distant second to wet jelqs.

i didn't mention in my routine, I do at least 200 kegels a day

i'll do 50 & hold about 1 second (it feels fast) then
another 50 holding at least 3 to 5 seconds.
i also do them when i'm about 75% erect and holding off at the base, keeping the blood inside. it feels very strong. these i hold for about 10 seconds and do maybe 10 or 20.

What you can do to really work the PC and make you erection godly is when you have an erection contract the PC so that the penis lifts up. Now do it again but this time block it from lifting up to its limit with your hand, so that the penis pushes up into the hand. Now you are doing proper hardcore PC muscle flexes. After yuo do those for a while you will feel like you hanve a new wanger.

Wet jelqs are a staple of PE. Most other penis enlargement exercises are derived from it

I know why I stoped "trying" my wet jelqs. After about 15 or so i'm softer then a babies bum:( at this rate i'll spend an hour just to get in 50.
Any ideas/solutions ? Please !

I believe "wernstrum" posted this on another thread.
It helped me a lot. I got up to 40 wet jelqs
"I start the session thinking about fucking and kegelling while I do that and messaging it. Not wanking, actually massaging it. Then I get a 90-95% erection, then I jelq lightly till it subsides to 60% (my preffered erection for jelqs) then I pump blood into it through kegels so that it contains more blood without being too erect. I think it is efficient that way for expanding chambers without damaging your weewee"

Question about shaving pubes.
I have been shaving for around 5 years. I'm lucky, in that I never get ichy or those funny "red spots". Problem is, I can't shave my "Tea Bag":( i'm affraid too.
My Question is about using "Hair Remover" "Nair" is one product I've heard about. You know the stuff, Rub it on wait 5 or 10 minutes and rinse/wash away all unwanted hair. Is this stuff SAFE to use down there ? Anyone here ever tried this . . . .:roll:

YES! I shave my dick when hard, it's easy. I need to strech my nuts but still no "smooth" area. I have "nicked" them the few times i've tried :cry: OUCH!
I'll try the hair remover stuff "nair" and hope the itch is not bad.
Wern, yes, "onna" = Woman, Lady. The only real Culture Shock is the price of BEER here. I have learned to get used to it by hanging out in the airport bar before getting on my flight:evil:

In my routine I do more Dry Jelqs (20-30 min.) & Streching (15 min.)
than Wet (100 to 200) Kegels (200-400) everyday.
