If you do short, fast contractions you will make your dick "bounce" up and down and if you hold it a little longer you just make it fill with blood. Exactly. Always slow your breathing and relax as much as possible when you think you're going to lose it too early. This usually works, at least for a little while. If you just think you are going to cum, though, a strong kegel hold will keep everything in. BUT you have to have a strong, steady hold. You can't let it spasm (which will happen if it's not strong enough) or you will just make yourself cum anyway.
